“This place is poorly managed. The laundry machine will not work, but no one is available to help. The remodel is super weird, and now you have to lug your suitcases across the old ballroom. The bartender quit, so there is no bar. There are no coke products, and only one Pepsi product is available. There is no caffeinated tea available, either. No tissue for the bathrooms. It feels as though management can not afford to keep this place stocked and running. It is quite depressing, really.”

“Hotel was relatively clean but had strange odor. Hotel doesn’t serve food but does serve alcohol. Room was sparse and skimped on coffee and towels. Staff made no attempt to upgrade upon request-hotel was not even 30% occupied. Hallways confusing with lack of signage.”
