Location - awesome! Service - could be better. Felt I was disrupting the front desk snack time. Wasn't the friendliest. The gentleman that helped us at the mini store they offer was friendly, nice, and helpful. The room was decent. It was warm and the AC seemed to be "stuck" at certain temp. Shower water was hot, and the room was spacious.

The service was extremely lacking at check in time. The man checking us in was alone and completely overwhelmed and distracted. I get it was the playoff weekend but staffing apparently was inadequate. If you are handicapped, stay away from this property. You must go up or down stairs to get to the lobby. When checking in and out it was difficult trying to lug bags around. The facility appeared to be clean. The pillows were unsupportive. Many hotels offer a pillow menu which they do not. Parking was complicated and valet service was not available even though the website states it is on the weekends. We won’t be going back and will question a Hyatt in the future given the supposed high ratings this hotel had.

THE MOST AMAZING HOTEL GYM EVER! If you are into any type of functional fitness or CrossFit, this is your place. They have just about everything including mats and bands and provide water, bathrooms, towels and disinfectant. As for the hotel itself, it had lovely staff, spacious rooms that were neat and clean. Deep soaking tubs and plenty of storage for belongings, clothes, toiletries and the mini fridge was nice and cold.

Love this hotel! Every member of the staff was incredible. Front desk staff, bartenders, even the guy who was touching up paint in the hallways was friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food and drinks at the bar were great! One of the only places open late in the downtown area. Parking can be a bit confusing right now with the construction but they have a handy printout they give you at check in that tells you exactly where to go.

Staff was very good and helpful, they upgraded our room, but honestly we couldn't tell. The room was very basic, there was no hot water in the shower, the water pressure wasn't even enough to get the soap out of your hair and the air conditiomer barely worked. With the added cost of parking, I do not think it was worth the cost. I've stayed in much nicer less expensive hotels. I wouldn't recommend it.
