My husband and I stayed here for 6 days and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our room was clean and fresh, housekeeping came daily to replenish the bar and the linens and clean the room. Everyone of the staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating from the time we walked in until the time we left the resort. Dolores & Yomira were awesome receptionists! They made sure we had what we needed during our stay and they were always welcoming and friendly! Awesome resort to stay in!

The hotel is in a beautiful location, the beach and the pool are lovely. However, my favorite part is the drinks, which are delicious from every bar, and the people!! Every employee we met was friendly, and more so, the bartenders and the pop people. They keep the party going and encourage you to join in the fun. I especially enjoyed Sopita down by the pool, and the bartenders in the lobby and the beach. Everyone here makes you feel like family!

I was gracious by giving the resort two stars when I checked out. I wonder if the resort paid or gave extra perks to guests for giving a 5 stars rating on their website. Because there is no way this resort should be receiving 5 stars from guests. However, the resort landscaping were beautiful. The room was just okay. The shower/tub were unsafe. The tub was too high to safely step in even with the provided step stool. The room smelled like mildew, the power went out on two of my days there, the cockroaches unacceptable. The food were DISGUSTINGLY!!!! It was the same food every day (COLD, UNDONE, and BLAND). The drinks at the bar, watered down. The chef/cook staff need to be retrained and take cooking classes. I saw one of the staff sneak eating the food while I was in line. At least his coworker told him don’t do that. The food was the worst food I tasted from an all inclusive restaurant I’ve been to. 🤮 The pools were nice, but they didn’t have music playing the whole time. The shuttle service to the different resorts should be more frequently. The nights I took them, I waited over twenty minutes trying to get one to take me to the other resorts and take me back to my resort. On one occasion, me and family had to walk. The people that gave five stars are telling a lie. The hotel need to be remodeled. If you want to lose weight, stay here. After reading some of the past reviews, I see the managements didn’t make any changes to the complaints that the guests were complaining about. Don’t stay here!

We had the BEST holiday. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, especially the pool side staff. Coca Cola and Chocolate made everything so much fun and really created a fun-friendly atmosphere by including everyone in water sports, aerobics and dancing at the different parties. Jose Luis at the pool bar was also very friendly and always checking in on us throughout the day with drinks. These staff really went above and beyond to make an effort to speak with us daily with friendly, open conversation. Would definitely come back to this hotel and recommend to anyone! Gona miss the Grand Palladium Palace family!

We just stayed at Grand Palladium Palace from 3/10 - 3/20. I didn't want to leave!! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, beaches breathtaking, every staff member so helpful and friendly, multiple pools to choose from that are kept very clean and our room was beautiful with wonderful views! It really doesn't matter which of the 4 resorts that you stay at since you can enjoy all the amenities that they all have to offer. The resort also offers the "train" that runs all day to take you to the different locations. Not all resorts offer this and is very helpful. Many restaurants to choose from with wonderful selections and I highly recommend doing the Chic cabaret dinner show. We cannot wait to come back! We made some amazing memories

The hotel is nice, people here are very friendly and inclusive. If you are part of the travel club you can go to a members only private beach and it feels like your own beach because barely anyone is there. At the pool, Willy, the bartender would save our seats for us so no matter what time of day we arrived we would have seats right by the pool in the shade. He also made sure to always have a drink in hand as well. Edde Murphy and Carolina always made sure to ask you to join the games and the dancing. Their attitudes were always have friendly and inclusive towards everyone.

The resort has potential; there appears to be preference with the guest, I had no trouble but people that were with me did ask the spoke Spanish and not English. Giving it 3 stars because the room had a few things that were consistently a headache throughout the stay and guest service was not as efficient. Making reservations to the restaurants was a nightmare as according to the guest service there were no reservations available upon arrival. The pool only has music for a couple hours and the. It’s quiet and smoking is allowed which is unpleasant for people that do not; perhaps the hotel should considering having music at the pool, a designated smoking areas in the pool and retrain their staff and or have refreshers around treating all guest equally regardless of their skin color or native language.

we purchased a swim up pool room and luckily for us it’s right by the beach. resort workers so nice and accommodating and welcoming. they answered any questions we had. the resort was beautiful full of so many food options and it was all inclusive!

My time here has been because of Kim, angel, eddy, Nathanael, Luiyi (Mexican restaurant) and everyone. I have never been here before but I am the happiest I have ever been this year by being here. I really don’t want to leave but this experience has motivated me to try to learn more Spanish and more about this culture. The rooms were amazing and it felt like I was in a palace. This place has the best serve but someone restaurants lacked on the serve but other people listed at the top made a come back. I love how welcoming people are here. Kim made my experience more amazing with her skills of dancing and understanding and being so welcoming. She is the best and she should definitely get paid more. One thing I recommend is playing more music throughout the day at the pool. And also the parties need to be better because it’s mostly American music but it should be more of Spanish music and it should be all night. And the clubs should be open too. Great experience for our wedding site preview. Felt very safe with covid protocols. Only downside was the whole resort was not operational during our stay but the staff made up for it with great personalized service.

The hotel is so beautiful with tons of greenery and fountains. The beach is perfect and has plenty of chairs to relax in. The service is great and the staff make interactions very fun. The pools are so pretty and service is constant your drink never gets empty! Tons of chairs at the pool with some in the sun and others under super cute umbrellas so you can choose the amount of sun. Never seen this at a resort but here they have chairs build into the shallow end of the pools where you can be slightly splashed with cool water while still reading a book. There are still plenty of food options and all have been beyond delicious. Would highly recommend!

This has been such a great vacation spot! We’re staying for 5 days and cannot recommend it enough. From the views, to the food and drinks - pretty much amazing. I would say customer service is their strongest point. Every single staff member is highly attentive - making sure we’re all enjoying ourselves (the many times drinks were offered to me :P) Re: COVID, tons of safety measures, so I’ve felt super safe throughout the trip. Empty beach, empty pools, social distancing, daily temperature check when going in to restaurants, luggage disinfecting when you first get to the resort, AND they also do the covid test for you (complimentary) in the same property prior to your home country. I will definitely come back again!

Great hotel lovely staff very friendly. Entertainment team lovely Chocolate and Nelson. Food lovely lots of choice. Hotel clean and well maintained. The steakhouse was amazing. Also the Italian amazing pasta and pizzas. The beach is stunning and literally a 2 minute walk away. Sea is lovely and warm. A choice of pools with swim up bars can definitely recommend a strawberry daiquiri.

First time in Dominican republic and I am extremely happy with my stay here! The customer service has been outstanding and made my holiday 100 times better. Normally don't get involved with onsite games however with one member of staff being super welcoming and friendly throughout I was more than happy to join in and I'm glad I did! That person is chocolate, lovely, sweet lady :) will definitely be recommending this resort to family and friends and possibly come back again in the future. Exceeded all my expectations. Thank you for a unforgettable holiday :)

Enjoyed my stay at the resort, it’s very family friendly and there are amazing activities for the family. The hotel ground is huge with different activities daily. My kids had a lot of fun as there were varied activities to do and choose from. The restaurants are also very varied with lots of choices to choose from. The only downside for me would be, on speaking to the staffs, it was obvious the working hours were a bit extensive where they were made to work for 11 days straight with only 3 days to go home to visit their families. Staffs with kids would only get to see their kids for 6 days in a month ad they had to stay 11 days overnight in the resort. Grace one of the entertainment staffs made our stay amazing. She’s lovely with kids and my kids loved her.

The cleaning service for the rooms is excellent as we get new bed sheets, drinks and towels every day which is needed for someone messy like me ha. However I feel there should be a drinks machine in the restaurants as sometimes drinks take quite long to be served. Chocolate is very enthusiastic towards children and adults. She is caring and entertaining and without her I wouldn’t be as entertained. She also brings lots of activities for us to do during the day therefore I believe she should be awarded. Overall a great hotel with good location next to the beach and I would recommend it to others.
