“I’m not one to leave a ton of reviews but I really felt the need to leave one this time around. I’ve been to DR multiple times but this time around it was one of my best trips. Everything about the hotel was great but the one thing that really stood out to me was the amazing entertainment team. All of the boys were amazing and so much fun but my favorite was “911” with his crazy, fun & goofy energy! I’m not one to come back to the same hotel time and time again but if you keep these entertainers around I will definitely be back!!! Keep it up Grand Palladium, you really know what you’re doing with your entertainment team :-)”

“To be honest...this is not the time to travel due to Covid 19. Everything is limited, food is limited. Frankly the food choices are terrible. Yes the staff is very friendly, but I do not recommend traveling at this time if you are expecting the great experience. Even nightly entertainment is limited. They have 17 restaurants only 5 are open and only one is open daily. Half of the resort is closed down, excursion people are on you every second, coffee shop doesn't open until 10:30 am. Website gives false information. And when you ask anyone about it they only say sorry. This has been one of the worst vacations we have experienced and I am sure it is due to the virus. So stay home and wait til next year. Definitely not worth spending the money now.”
