“Disappointed. 3* hotel with a select few 4* standard rooms. Service was good. Really good location however Rooms are deceiving on the website and 3rd party websites. Room was clean. We arrived early morning from Sevilla, staff stored our bags and said we’d be first to get a room but our room looked like it was the last option they had for us. Completely different to what we saw online, old and sewage smell kicked up through the pipes one night. Fixtures were all chipped making the room look old, outdated and cheap. Thin walls meant we heard everything and everyone walking outside. Not value for money whatsoever.”
