“Muy buena ubicación, perfecta para conocer Nueva York, uno se siente muy seguro y con acceso a dos estaciones de metro muy cercanas. La atención fue excelente, siempre nos respondieron todas las preguntas con amabilidad, falto explicar los detalles de limpieza pero fue lo único. El desayuno es demasiado simple, pero resuelve el problema.”

“I would recommend staying for the deal, but here are my thoughts. I stayed in July 2020 during the pandemic reopening and had an "OK" experience. It was bad administratively to start. The issue was 2 days of work. And I took off to have a brief staycation. The front desk was 1 person afternoon, then 1 person late night when I was there. No managers. So if you have an issue, they won't try to help you, or even listen to you. A hotels.com rep tried calling the afternoon front desk and said the front desk was uncooperative and "like talking to a brick wall." A second front desk person at night was also a bit indignant. Hospitality isn't an easy job, but if someone has an issue, attempt to listen. Physically is place is fine, a bit dated and musty but it's okay. Location is perfect. Bed is comfy. Nice warm-hued night light. Place is quiet. Breakfast was a small spread of Nutrigrain bars, Costco-like muffins, coffee and tea, small yogurts. My tub had a little issue draining, but it's OK. I wouldn't go back with the administrative hospitality issues. Had those issues not happened, it was a decent deal and stay. Just don't expect grab-and-go stuff like banana, bagel, hard-boiled egg, juice bottle, etc. at breakfast.”
