Waterside é incrível. Você tem que fazer reservas de piscina antes de usar a piscina. As pessoas que atendem os telefones (call center) precisam ter informações atualizadas. Certifique-se de estar falando com a recepção do hotel ao fazer perguntas antes de sua visita. O call center não possui as informações corretas e atualizadas sobre as restrições ou políticas da covid. Hotel era limpo, silencioso, e era o que esperávamos quando chegamos lá.

Waterside is awesome. You have to make pool reservations before using the pool. The people who answer the phones (call center) need to have up to date information. Make sure you are talking the the front desk at the hotel when asking questions before your visit. The call center does not have the correct up to date info on covid restrictions or policies. Hotel was clean, quiet, and was what we expected once we got there.

Olá, há mais de 5 anos 2016 me hospedei neste hotel (Hampton Inn Shelton Ct) e adorei pela limpeza e pela piscina com escorregador que meu filho gosta. Amamos tanto este hotel que, 1 mês depois, o reservamos novamente para a alegria do meu filho mais uma vez. Ontem, 26 de novembro de 2021, você tinha planejado voltar, mas agora com meus dois filhos (8 anos e 1 ano) Foi uma experiência de cascos, nada como antes. A verdade é que nos tocou super deteriorado, as paredes e portas extremamente sujas, o carpete extremamente gasto e com pedaços de carpete rasgado por toda parte, super sujo e até com goma grudada nele. Também a decoração e as fotos das vitrines com marcas de mão suja e para finalizar cada vez que você abre a água premium do chuveiro ou da pia, nos primeiros 3 segundos a água sai com sujeira e amarelo. (Eu enchi a banheira para dar banho no meu bebê e a água literalmente saiu amarela) EXPERIÊNCIA DA MANHÃ SUPER. NÃO VOU VOLTAR A ESTE HOTEL. Tenho fotos que corroboram tudo o que estou dizendo. Além disso, tudo estava cheio de poeira, como se não fosse limpo há anos. Não achei que meu filho de 1 ano estivesse seguro em qualquer lugar. ERA SUPER STRESSIONANTE. Eu considero que ter pago $ 267 por uma noite ele esperava MAIS. (Eu uso Google Tradutor)

O quarto era espaçoso e limpo. O lobby era confortável. O café da manhã incluído foi omeletes, salsichas, cereais waffles e muito mais. Chegue cedo porque uma vez fora, depois das 9, eles não recarregaram. Você precisa de nomeações para piscina e ginásio devido ao covid.

Eu acho que é ridículo como o check-in não é antes das 4 e a piscina já está reservada para a noite. A recepção disse que ligue às 7 da manhã para reservar um lugar para que possamos nadar ... estávamos apenas ficando por uma noite, o que era inútil. Nossos filhos estavam tão animados para dar uma olhada, mas não puderam. Bem, não é grande coisa. Os quartos pareciam limpos, mas realmente não eram. Havia mofo em todo o chuveiro e as camas eram extremamente desconfortáveis.

Hello, more than 5 years ago 2016 I stayed at this hotel (Hampton Inn Shelton Ct) and I loved it for its cleanliness and for its pool with a slide that my child likes.We loved this hotel so much that 1 month later we rebooked it again for the enjoyment of my son one more time.Yesterday, November 26, 2021 you had planned to return but now with my two children (8 years and 1 year) It was a hoof experience, nothing like before.The truth is that it has touched us super deteriorated, the walls and doors extremely dirty, the carpet extremely worn and with pieces of torn carpet everywhere, super dirty and even with gum stuck on it.Also the decoration and window pictures with dirty hand marks and to finish each time you open the water premiums from the shower or the sink, the first 3 seconds the water comes out with dirt and yellow.(I filled the bathtub to bathe my baby and the water literally came out yellow) SUPER MORNING EXPERIENCE.I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS HOTEL.I have photos that corroborate everything I am saying.also everything was full of dust as if it hasn't been cleaned in years I didn't feel like my 1 year old was safe anywhere IT WAS SUPER STRESSING.I consider that to have paid $ 267 for one night he expected MORE. (I use google translate)

I think it's pretty ridiculous how check in is not till 4 and the pool is already booked for the night. The front desk said call at 7 am to book a spot so we can swim..We were only staying for one night so that was pointless. Our kids were so excited to check it out but couldn't. O well no big deal. The rooms looked cleaned but really weren't. There was mold all over the shower and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

The room was spacious and clean. Lobby was comfortable. Breakfast included was omelets, sausage, waffles cereal and more. Get there early cuz once out after 9 they didn't refill. You do need appointments for pool and gym due to covid.

Eles foram muito confortáveis, muito limpos, a piscina estava vazia e tivemos pleno uso do slide e piscina para nós! O café da manhã era enorme e o saguão é lindo com chipotle e Dunkin 'Donuts no mesmo estacionamento, a uma curta caminhada. O quarto tinha tudo o que precisávamos com duas crianças com um sofá-cama e uma parede separando nossa cama. Realmente foi ótimo! Eles nos deram nenhum problema em trazer os hóspedes para nadar e fazer o check-out com uma hora de atraso. Altamente recomendado sobre os hotéis circundantes, especialmente para o preço.

They were very accommodating, very clean, the pool was empty and we had full use of the slide and pool to ourselves! The breakfast was huge and lobby is beautiful with chipotle, Dunkin’ Donuts in the same parking lot short walking distance. The room had everything we needed with two kids with a pull out couch and wall separating our bed. Really was great! They gave us no problem bringing guests to swim and checking out an hour late. Highly recommend over the surrounding hotels, especially for the price.
