“The staff at the hotel was amazing, from the valet (Egypt), front desk to the hostesses (Jessica and Willow) they provided excellent customer service and projected a family atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing! Mr. Harvey provided us with a tour of the tunnel and shared the history of the hotel. Mr. Harvey is very professional and knowledgeable of the hotel, activities in the area. He truly made our visit memorable. We will definitely stay here again, the next time we visit Baton Rouge.”

“I will start with the positive. the front desk and the valet and room service staff were all very friendly and professional. they are all doing a great job. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the hotel itself is in a good central location to downtown. the cons: I was very disappointed in the hotel itself. the 3rd floor corridor strongly reeked of urine. the wall paper was peeling off the wall in spots. The room needs updating and work. the seal on the toilet was clearly coming apart. the curtains were stained. the desk chair looked like it has had better days. the nightstand drawer wouldn't stay shut. the furniture was all dented and nicked. for a Hilton it was very disappointing. all of the problems were in plain view to see but ignored and not addressed.”
