“The hotel was good overall. The breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. The eggs were gross and dry and the kitchen was understaffed. They were out of a lot of stuff. Waffle cups were all over the place and if something was out there was no body to ask. Otherwise the rooms were clean and the location was great.”

“Despite the good reviews, we had a bad experience at this hotel. While it looks nice and updated, the air conditioning in our room did not work at all and the shower did not work. We informed management and they did not comp us anything for two major fails. In addition, the hotel charges for everything, high charges for parking, breakfast, you name it. This is a hotel to take a pass on.
UPDATE TO REVIEW: Management responded to my review with a sincere apology and refunded us for the stay and promised to fix all issues in that room. We are pleased and will stay here again. Hilton stands behind its brand impeccably.”
