“To be fair enough the view and the location of the hotel are great, but the service isn't as you'd expect a Hilton hotel to be. If you're planning to stay in a five star hotel during your visit to Istanbul, this hotel should NOT be one of your options unless you wanna pay for a 5-star and get treated like you're staying in a 2-star hotel. The room I got needed some maintenance; the staff weren't offering any help until I called the costumer service main line. As if this wasn't annoying enough, someone got into my room and stole my ring. So Disappointed!!”
