“"2 months ago on Google Front desk staff is extremely rude. First of all at the check in I wasn’t told about the $30 parking charge. When I came back downstairs to inquire about parking a guy with long hair just cut me off and kept on talking. He said we made a note over here about the $30 charge. How did you make a note without even knowing I have a car? Pretty interesting. If you don’t want to be there then quit you job instead of showing us your attitude. Answer the question respectfully. You are in hotel management, act like it. I did not expect this from Hilton!! This employee should definitely take some customer service courses. I didn’t get his name but this was on Saturday night around 6pm." The guy's name at the front desk is Ivan. He should be making beds instead of working in the registration lobby. Very rude.”
