Bom atendimento, mas é Hotel bem antigo, está passando por reforma. Fazia tempo que não via ar condicionado de janela ainda em funcionamento...

Hotel muito bom, cama King size, pessoal gentil, se você pouco inglês mas fala espanhol está em casa.

Hotel velho, cheirando a mofo. Felizmente só fiquei uma noite. Não aguentaria ficar duas. Café da manhã fraco. Apenas os funcionários foram bem atenciosos.

Otro de esos hoteles de la cadena Holiday Inn, oscurosy con poco mantenimiento. La habitación que me dieron, en el 8vo. piso tenía las cortinas rotas, las toallas bastante delgadas de los mil años de uso. La alfombra se nota que tiene sus décadas.La única ventaja es que estácerca del aeropuerto. Comien el restaurante, 9 pisoy estaba muy mal,sólo pedíun filete a la plancha y ensalada y algo tan sencillo no le pudieron poner un poco de esfuerzo para presentarlobien

Clean room, comfortable bed and the staff was amazing. I would have given it 4 stars because it wasn't updated but the staff made up for any updates it lacked. It would use some new carpet in the halls and such but I was overall happy with my stay. Super close to the airport, and free shuttle to the airport! Pretty close to the beach as well.

El hotel es bastante antiguo, desperfectos en griferia y ruidos en descargas de agua. La atención y limpieza excelente,desayuno incluido de buena calidad. Por la cercanía al aeropuerto cumple su objetivo

I just checked out and ended my stay early thanks to the nightmare I experienced at the Holiday Inn Miami-International Airport. We booked two adjoining rooms for our party of 4. On our second night at the hotel, while taking a shower we found a giant cockroach on the glass door of the shower. We immediately packed our items and headed for the front desk to check out. Management showed no concern for the pest problem as though this was not an alarming issue. The hotel manager initially offered to give us a different room and some points, and dismissed our concerns about the adjoining rooms. We were told that since the roaches were only seen in one room they would not do anything about our second room. When we refused this offer, we were told that the best they could do for us was to refund us 50% of the room rate, for one night, for one of the rooms. We would be left to scramble and find new accommodations at 10pm for 4 people with a $50 refund. The rooms were side by side, we had the adjoining doors open during our stay and were sharing the space. A reasonable resolution would have been to refund us the remainder of our stay for both rooms. We didn’t ask for a full refund on both rooms just a simple fix for the inconvenience we had to deal with, moving a sleeping 3 year old and finding a new hotel for the night. Of course none of us felt comfortable staying in a different room because where there is 1 roach there are plenty more. The irony is that they left a place card on our nightstand about their commitment to cleanliness especially during a pandemic but when we brung up a serious issue to them they have no intention of resolving it. Anyway, here’s the footage, so that you can decide if this really is the kind of place you want to stay at.

O lugar tem uma estrutura muito boa porém alguns funcionários são grossos e o atendimento deixa a desejar. A comida oferecida aos tripulantes de navio é péssima. Não tem como escolher e uma vez já esqueceram do meu quarto. Tive que ficar reclamando pra receber o básico já pago pela empresa.

This place has a Bar/Club on the top floor which creates a parking problem for the people that have a registered room but they want to charge the guest $15 a day. Tell them at registration that for each day the club is operating while you stay there, that you WON'T BE PAYING FOR PARKING!!! THEY NEED TO CHARGE EACH CLUB/PARTY GOER $15 TO PARK INSTEAD OF THE ROOM GUESTS. IT SEEMS MORE PEOPLE COME TO THE CLUB THAN THE GUESTS OCCUPYING THE ROOMS. They need to create special parking across the street for the Club attendees. I won't be visiting this establishment again. I suggest that if you want peace and rest THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL FOR YOU...PERIOD!!!!

Motel good, but the restaurant had alot to be desired. Food good, but service was not. When you pay 22.00 for a dish you have some expectations. Salad came after main course(which we had to ask for), then a 15% gratuity just gets added automatically? Never asked if we wanted anything more to drink or how things were.
