Beautiful hotel room my dad was able to get. The view is okay.. not by the ocean. I would probably rate lower because the inside pool had ants running along the sides of it. And I called for room service and nobody came. But I really enjoyed the environment and was blessed to have a clean comfortable room to sleep in and a nice big comfy bed. The washer and dryer in the room was VERY convenient . Would love to come back on a warmer season!

We had a very convenient room in G104, with a quick walk to the beach and right beside pools. The room was comfortable. Couple of things that would make it better: spray for bugs, clean the stain off the center couch cushion, and repair the dent in the bar wall. We enjoyed the visit and will be back!

I stayed in a 1 bedroom villa w/full kitchen, screened in balcony, spacious bathroom w/big jetted soaking tub and spacious separate shower. Very close to the beach and access to at least 3 pools and a variety of restaurants nearby.It was very peaceful most of the time. Had a nice 7 day vacation.

Clean rooms, we had a 2 room villa 2 full bath with full kitchen and pull out couch. Clean spacious. Lots of restaurants not far. Beach is about 10 minute walk. They do offer shuttle service. They have 3 pools , 2 lazy rivers and water slides. Golf course on site, shuffle board, basketball court, volleyball court, corn hole, horse shoe pit. Inside pool with hot tub. They do have on outdoor pool bar and a market place that sells food also.

We received a packaged deal to sit through a timeshare presentation. It was very clean and roomy for our kids. We are a family of 6 so room is always an issue for us. Extremely cozy and lots to do. We hung out at the pools (water slide has a height limit and only open a few hours a day) on site and did a paint activity and that lady was so nice. They have basketball courts with basketballs and volley ball and shuffle board. I was under the impression this was beach front however it is not. They have a shuttle that can take you to the beach where they have another pool but we never went. It was just easier to go to public beach access. The presentation was supposed to be an hour but lasted three. They try to make you say yes. Then I was told I would get money back and then they tried to give me points until I said something so they fixed it. I would love to go back and stay there again. Minus the presentation.
