Sin dudas el mejor hotel de Cusco. Fuimos a tomar desayuno buffet en mesa por motivos del covid 19La atención 💯 puntos, se fijan en todos los detalles y realmente tienen una ubicación increíble.Maysa tip: por el momento están ofreciendo unos excelentes precios por los desayunos

This hotel was so lovely. Emerson, the concierge, communicated with me promptly and early. He also welcomed me when I arrived. The hotel room was upgraded to a suite! I was beyond excited. The room was quiet even though there were other people in the hotel. The room was beautiful and they put a dessert that was delicious. The restaurant is top notch. For dinner, I ordered the fish with rice with squid ink and asparagus and the dessert was amazing. It was custard filled pepper with mango sorbet. For breakfast, I ordered egg benedicts with smoked trout.

Amazing hotel! is an old monastery with culture and particular designs. The service is really good, the breakfast buffet have a lot of options, the waitress are attentive and helpful and the barman expiation about the pisco sour is fun a interesting (also free). I totally recommend the SPA service, I took the water option and it a big pool with different water pressure, a Jacuzzi and Sauna also the place is for few people so you will be able to enjoy it. Also the location is really good, it is in front of Convento de Santo Domingo de Cusco and like 10 min walking to Plaza de Armas. It is totally worth it!!! If you stay here try to visit all the things that the hotel offers!

Positive: Fantastic hotel, in an old castle where you are still able to see or even stay in the old remains/style (certainly if you book the colonial rooms). Very very very luxurious and already amazing to walk through. Breakfast is amazing, a massive variety with a very high quality. Also a-la-carte possible. The colonial rooms are very spacious and look amazing and have a great view. Service of the hotel is exceptional and very high level. Negative: At arrival we receive a number of extra's which are 'standard' included for specific rooms. However the extra's are not as nice as they seem; 25 USD gift card per day for the Spa is not really useful if everything is EXTREMELY expensive. All treatments are even twice as high as you would pay in The Netherlands. Secondly the one free Pisco Sour per person per day; if you don't drink Pisco Sour or don't drink alcohol at all, they are NOT willing to offer in alternative. This is really poor service. Thirdly; free internet (this is standard in ALL hotels in any large city in Peru). Lastly; other activities, if you request the hotel to arrange something you will pay 4 to 6 times as much as when you arrange it by yourself in the city. It was a nice experience, however completely overpriced. Not value for money.

Certamente foi uma excelente escolha para hospedagem em Cusco. Atendimento e serviço impecáveis. O restaurante e o bar do hotel são tão bons que ficamos 7 noites e fomos 3 vezes. A comida foi excelente em todas as vezes e o bar tinha shows com piano de vez em quando. O quarto era espaçoso e super confortável.

Beautiful place to stay, it's full of history, art, and great people. When stopping by the front desk, all members are very kind, but Alida shines on top. Incredibly gentle and servicing, while professional and human! At the restaurant, try to get a table with Hector (waiter), who is a great person and very professional. The suite we had was very well conserved and made us feel like we were back 2 or 3 centuries in the story. Colonial furniture, painting, and art were an impressive combination. The property is pricy, but it worth every dollar spent.

The breakfast buffet had every imaginable taste sensation of expert Peruvian cuisine and even familiar American comfort food. BTW: Believe me, You don't want to miss their fabulous croissants! Stephanie, in the hotel's gift shop, was friendly & helpful. And the sale rack had better prices on some gorgeous baby Alpaca sweaters. Such a treat!

The spa here is very nice and the staff is so friendly and accommodating! Yeni was the lady who performed my spa services and she was excellent! Very kind and patient! Even though she knows English very well, she allowed me to practice my Spanish with her while also doing an excellent job! Would highly recommend!

From the moment you arrive the staff is welcoming and sincere. The atmosphere and the ambience is amazing. There is oxygen on hand for those who have not acclimated to the altitude of Cusco. The breakfast is amazing, I highly suggest getting the menu, it comes with the buffet and you can order to your hearts content. Elio is a must meet when being served. He is the definition of high end service. Diego is the must at night at the bar.

Luxury hotel with many excellent and historic features. This will be a treat for seasoned Marriott Members that want to combine culture with modern luxuries. It's like a mix between a Ritz and an older Renaissance. But the staff are amazing, the breakfast was perfect, and the setting is incredible especially if you've never been to Cusco. Highly recommend

Worth every penny. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a while. The service is superb. The spa is also the best hotel spa that I have used. The rooms are very comfortable, I slept like a baby.

The Manager, Carlos, was the most professional and kind human being. The wait staff were incredible, even giving my son a hot chocolate to go before departing. The building is stunning and the amenities are first class. Great bathtubs, linens, ambience, etc. would stay again!

Maravilloso hotel. Situación estupenda, al lado caminando de todo. El lobby colonial era precioso, así como el patio, y la zona del desayuno. Los camareros súper agradables y atentos. De los mejores desayunos en mi estancia en Perú. Estuvimos dos veces, la primera nos dieron una habitación magnifica, enorme, y con vestidor y todo. La segunda vez nos dieron una habitación más pequeña, pero aún así buena. Las camas muy buenas. Precioso hotel.

The staff, common areas, restaurant and bar make this an incredible place to stay. Rooms are historic and if that's your thing you'll love it. We had a deluxe and imperial suite between the family. Bathrooms are not luxurious and the rooms are on the small side. The location and high level of service do make up for whatever the rooms lack in luxury. We'd not hesitate to stay again.
