Blinds are broken in my room so light was shining into my room all night long. I was allowed to check into my hotel and it was dirty there was gross stuff on the toilet and I was told it would be clean in about 20 minutes I left on foot and was gone for about an hour and a half and I came back and they were still in the room cleaning. Would never stay there again

Localização central, serviço simpático, quartos limpos e espaçosos. Café-da-manhã de cortesia foi fornecido, o que foi um toque agradável. Central location, friendly service, with clean and spacious rooms. Complimentary breakfast was provided which was a nice touch. Price (booked about 2 months ahead) was a great deal for what you get. The only slightly annoying thing is that the parking lot is a bit small for the amount of rooms available so we had to circle around to find a spot at night. Otherwise this was a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

My first time staying at a Home2 Suites even though I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member, and I will try others of this brand. I am very impressed by the cleanliness of this location. I also liked that there were plenty of places close by to get food and drinks. Parking was easy even though it is downtown.

Ela parecia frustrada e não tinha um tom muito profissional durante esta ligação. Quando ela ligou de volta, eles realmente tinham o tipo de quarto que estávamos pedindo e me ligariam quando o quarto estivesse pronto. Tivemos que pagar a mais por aquele quarto, o que, de novo, achei errado, mas estava cansado demais para tentar obrigá-los a fazer a coisa certa. Claro, nunca recebemos uma ligação do hotel para nos dizer quando o quarto estava pronto. Acabei ligando para eles depois das 17h e a senhora com quem falei não tinha ideia do que eu estava falando e que não havia lugar para nós. Eles estavam todos lotados. Eu disse a ela que já tínhamos empacotado nossas coisas e saído do outro quarto e que deveríamos ser capazes de fazer o check-in no novo quarto depois das 13h! Eventualmente, eles descobriram as coisas e ela nos disse que havia de fato um quarto. O novo quarto era exatamente o que esperávamos. É por isso que eles têm duas estrelas em vez de uma, porque o segundo quarto era realmente ótimo. Foi apenas um PESADELO completo finalmente chegando a esse ponto. Nós vamos a La Crosse com frequência, mas não vamos ficar naquele hotel novamente!

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The sheets were excellent. the roll-up dark-out blind was excellent. The room was spacious. The location was great. The staff were friendly. There was enough parking. The coffee was excellent.

Location was the primary choice for this specific Hilton Hotel. Near shops, restaurants, the LA Crosse Children's Museum, free parking, the river, and more. A nice clean hotel with a saltwater pool that the kids loved. Overall very clean, nice breakfast, and well kept. No complaints without getting really nit-picky. Was overpriced for the time of year by about a hundred dollars, but the hotel was full so I'm not shocked. Thanks for a nice stay!

For the price we paid, I would have expected A LOT more from this hotel. My husband spent 10+ minutes on the phone with someone when we made the reservation to make sure we got the right kind of room. We wanted a suite with a separate bedroom within the room itself because we have a baby and a 12-year-old with us. When we arrived, all we had was one big room with a curtain to separate the living space from the bed area. My husband called down to let them know this wasn't the room we asked for, and instead of trying to remedy the problem they just told us they didn't have the kind of room we were asking for AT ALL in their hotel. Nothing else was done to remedy the problem. I called down the next morning because I just couldn't believe the customer service we'd received, and we still had one more night in the hotel so I wanted something done. They have a huge sign in their lobby that says "Let us make it right or the night's on us." When I went over the issue with the manager, she was reluctant to do anything for us either at first. She said we already spent the night in the room so she wouldn't be giving us a free night. I insisted that something had to be done because we were lied to when we made the reservation. She questioned that too and said that our reservation says we ordered the room we have and we should have canceled ahead of time if it wasn't right. How can we be expected to cancel something if we were given the wrong information in the first place? Super frustrating!! The manager eventually said she would look into things more and call us back. She sounded frustrated and didn't have a very professional tone throughout this call. When she called back, they actually DID have the kind of room we were asking for and they would call me when the room was ready. We had to pay extra for that room, which again I thought was wrong, but I was too tired to try and make them do the right thing. Of course, we never received a follow-up call from the hotel to tell us when the room was ready. I ended up calling them after 5pm and the lady I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about and that there was no room for us. They were all booked up. I told her we had already packed up our things and left the other room and we were supposed to be able to check in to the new room after 1pm! Eventually, they figured things out and she told us there was in fact a room. The new room was exactly what we were hoping for. So that's why they get two stars instead of one, because the second room was actually great. It was just a complete NIGHTMARE finally getting to that point. We come to La Crosse often, but we won't be staying at that hotel again!
