“I stay here everytime I visit my family and highly recommend it. The rooms are always clean and the hotel never has issues. There is construction by the highway which is not the hotel’s fault. My restroom didn’t have an LED lighted mirror which I found odd, but didn’t interrupt my stay.”

“Being a Hiltons Honors member, it was a no brainer to book my work trip with Home2 Suites. Check in was simple as it was done online. Digital key worked and I was in my room in no time. First night of my visit, front desk staff wasn’t anywhere to be found and that was frustrating as I wanted some extra bedding. I also noticed that the shower soap dispenser was broken and not noticing any plastic parts in the shower, it was obvious that it had been broken for sometime and never repaired or fixed. This also was frustrating as if you barely touched it, it would fall off and make a loud noise when the cover would hit the shower floor. Just fix it and stop acting like it was never broken. You can’t tell me the the housekeeping staff never noticed it! Outside of those two issues (why the three stars), the room was clean and quite. Small stain on the bedding top blanket, but wasn’t something that I was worried about. Again not sure why it wasn’t replaced and allowed to stay. Checkout was a breeze and was able to get a 30 minute late checkout extension. Only complaint here was that the front desk wouldn’t answer the phone, so I had to leave my room to ask for the extension. Big bonus for me was how quite the room was (I travel a lot and nine times out of ten the hotel rooms are noisy and I don’t get any good sleep) and the shower pressure was great and the water quickly got and stayed warm. Next time I’m in town, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. I know I’m might be picking on some small details, but I feel that they are details that shouldn’t be missed.”
