“One of the absolute worst experiences we have had in a hotel (including Motel 6). At approximately 10:00pm the 3-4 guests in the room next to us started having a party of some sort and started screaming and yelling super loud. I called the front desk and they said they would send maintenance up to "take a look" (whatever that means). It continued for another 2 hours and my wife and I could not sleep. Some how we managed to fall asleep and around 3 they were blasting music. I called the front desk again and they said they would take care of it. It "only" took about an hour before it stopped. The people working the front desk could seem to care less about the incident in the morning and offered to give us free parking. So in exchange for a horrible night we got a $30 discount. My wife was having surgery the next day and had a ton of anxiety and this didn't help at all. So much for the Hilton name.”
