“The bathroom needed updates. The shower head was broken upon arrival but fixed the next afternoon. We were there for travel baseball games so we needed showers. Also the free breakfast didn't start until 7am so we didn't get breakfast because our games were earlier. The one good thing that I can say is the beds were comfortable.”

“For a Hilton branded hotel, not what I am used to! This hotel is in need of serious updates. There were no USB ports anywhere in the room, the decor is dated, cleaning was substandard at best as evidenced by photos. The shower was missing a trim piece so it poured water onto the floor between the glass panes. Upon entering my room, it reeked of wet dog, thank God for Scentsy room spray! The "blanket" on my bed was a flipping mattress pad. The hallways and elevator were dark and dingy- the elevator floor was a sticky God awful mess for the 5 days I was there. Seemed to be a lot of "activity" that took place in the evening, so coupled with the dark hallways and dark stairwell exits; I stayed in my room. I do believe there are folks living long term in this hotel and strongly believe there are deals taking place at all hours of the night... so just be aware of your surroundings.”
