Love everything about this place. The breakfast is always warm and delicious. All of the staff members are inviting and helpful. We were able to check in before noon. Also, the front desk securely stored our baggage prior to check-in as we arrived at 830 am. No issues with the room. We will stay here again and other Homewood Suites when we travel.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED STAYING HERE! By far the BEST hotel experience I've ever had! Staff was all very friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything! Hotel is SUPER CLEAN! Our suite was very comfortable in size, clean, and had everything we needed for a weekend trip. Continental breakfast had many great options, with a beautiful area to dine in. The bar was chill - our bartender was Nancy and she was excellent!! We used the valet service and it was so great! The staff was super quick about getting our car to us and very friendly! We'll definitely be booking with them in the future!!

We were in Nashville for a couple of nights, mainly to enjoy the Broadway experience. The location of this hotel was perfect—very walkable to the places we wanted to go. The new, modern feel of the lobby and common areas was very inviting. The layout of the room, with a small kitchen area, sitting area, comfortable bed, and roomy bathroom, was perfect. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again when we return to Nashville.

Perfect. Perfect. Perfect. Staff went over and above all my expectations. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel that treated us so well. It did not matter who was at the front desk, they all knew my name. Beautiful, clean rooms and lobby. Breakfast was good too. Valet service was quick and efficient. I will be back!!!!

Michael at the front desk made us feel so welcome and special! The room we had booked with mistakenly given away so he upgraded us to two rooms. Both rooms were immaculately clean. The hotel smelled so good, especially the long. Every staff member we interacted with was polite and helpful. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, with many gluten free options. The coffee shop on the first floor - Frankie Rose Coffee - was fabulous and friendly. We will never stay anywhere else in Nashville!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Fabulous breakfasts and we loved the Wednesday night social hour. Everyone was so friendly! Muito caro para o que você recebe. O quarto parecia uma tumba. Tetos frios e altos com uma vista perfeita da garagem. Tenha cuidado porque há pessoas estacionando seus carros enquanto olham diretamente para o seu quarto. Além disso, a equipe foi muito rude. Não espero tratamento de primeira classe em um Hilton, mas não quero me sentir um fardo. Foi assim que me fizeram sentir. A única coisa boa sobre este hotel é localização localização localização!! Da próxima vez, gastarei 50 dólares extras por noite e me divertirei ficando no The Graduate ou no The Bobby.

A atendente da recepção noturna é ótima!!! Ele foi muito acolhedor e prestativo. Os quartos são bons, modernos e limpos. Minha única reclamação é que a empregada começou a passar pelo meu quarto a cada 30 minutos a partir das 7h30, embora eu tivesse solicitado um check-out às 13h. Depois de uma noite de música e diversão, não consegui descansar o suficiente por causa disso. Mesmo depois que eu disse a ela que tinha um check-out às 13h, ela continuou vindo e me acordando. Acima de tudo uma boa experiência!

¡El recepcionista nocturno es genial! Fue muy acogedor y servicial. Las habitaciones son agradables, modernas y limpias. Mi única queja es que la criada comenzó a pasar por mi habitación cada 30 minutos a partir de las 7:30 a.m. a pesar de que había solicitado una salida a la 1:00 p.m. Después de una noche de música y diversión, no descansé lo suficiente como resultado de eso. Incluso después de que le dije que tenía una salida a la 1:00 p. m., siguió viniendo y despertándome. Sin embargo, ¡sobre toda una buena experiencia!

Overpriced for what you get. The room felt kind of like being in a tomb. Cold, tall ceilings with a perfect view of the parking garage. Be careful because there are people parking their cars while looking right into your room. Plus the staff were really rude. I don't expect first class treatment at a Hilton but I don't want to feel like I'm a burden. That's how I was made to feel. The only good thing about this hotel is location location location!! Next time I will spend 50 dollars extra a night and have fun staying at The Graduate or The Bobby.

The night time front desk attendant is great!!! He was very welcoming and helpful. Room are nice, modern and clean. My only complaint is the maid started coming by my room every 30 min starting at 7:30am even though I had requested a 1pm checkout. After a late night of music and fun I didn't get enough rest as a result of that. Even after I told her I had a 1pm checkout she kept coming by and waking me up. Over all good experience though!

6/10 A localização era ótima estando a menos de 4 minutos da agitação. O preço foi médio, talvez um pouco mais do que alguns dos locais menos desejáveis, mas por um bom motivo. O lobby é o de Nice, menos a construção acontecendo ao lado sem divisória/parede temporária perto dos elevadores. Os quartos são decentes, provavelmente renovados por volta de 2010-15. O serviço de manobrista é bom, mas caro em quase US$ 40/dia, e tivemos o azar de chegar sem carrinhos de bagagem disponíveis, forçando-nos a transportar nossa bagagem em nosso quarto à mão. O nosso quarto parecia estar limpo, mas tínhamos pratos sujos desenfreados nos armários e à esquerda na máquina de lavar louça de um hóspede anterior.

Este hotel foi incrível, é lindo tanto por dentro como por fora. É no centro de Nashville, a alguns minutos a pé de toda a vida noturna. A parte externa é realmente linda. Dirigimos 14 horas do sul da Flórida e ficamos muito felizes com sua hospitalidade. A equipe da frente foi extremamente agradável, útil e informativo. O prédio em si é muito limpo. O quarto era muito confortável, espaçoso e limpo. Se estivermos em Nashville, com certeza ficaremos aqui novamente. Realmente amei este hotel.

Quarto muito confortável. A equipe é extremamente simpática em todos os níveis! John, o barman é de primeira qualidade! A cozinha poderia ser um pouco melhor (sem garfos no meu caso). O WiFi é bom, a seleção de TV é adequada e a pressão do chuveiro é incrível! O café da manhã é bom com uma grande variedade de pratos. Parece que eles gostam de mudar um pouco as coisas todas as manhãs. Eu ficaria aqui novamente.

Habitación muy cómoda. El personal es extremadamente amable en todos los niveles. John, el camarero es de primera categoría. La cocina podría estar un poco mejor equipada (sin tenedores en mi caso). ¡El WiFi es bueno, la selección de TV es apropiada y la presión de la ducha es increíble! El desayuno es bueno con una amplia variedad de platos. Parece que les gusta cambiar un poco las cosas cada mañana. Me quedaría aquí de nuevo.

This hotel was amazing, it's beautiful both in and out. It's in downtown Nashville a couple minutes walking from all the night life. The outside is truly beautiful. We drove 14hrs from south Florida and were so happy with their hospitality. The front staff was extremely nice, helpful and informative. The building itself is very clean. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. If we're in Nashville we will definitely stay here again. Truly loved this hotel.

6/10 The location was great being less than 4 minutes from the hustle and bustle. Price was average, maybe slightly more than some of the less desirable locations but for good reason. The lobby is nice, minus the construction going on next door with no dividing/temporary wall near the elevators. The rooms are decent, most likely renovated around 2010-15. The valet service is nice but expensive at almost $40/day, and we were unlucky enough to arrive with no luggage carts available forcing us to haul our luggage into our room by hand. Our room appeared to be clean but we had rampant dirty dishes both in the cabinets and left in the dishwasher from a previous guest.
