We stayed here one night in two king suites. Very nice, clean, and comfortable. There were kitchenettes with full fridges, double burner, microwave, coffee maker, and cooking pots/utensils. Excellent breakfast buffet. Valet parking was nice and we were given water bottles to-go during checkout.

The manager was incredible; helpful, thorough and a joy to work with. The breakfast manager was less that stellar. The facility is lovely with beautiful rooms. The pillows were the Goldilocks special; too hard and too soft - never did find the one that was just right. It was a quiet, clean, and refreshing environment. Definitely would stay again.

The front line is the greatest impression of any business meaning who you deal with first says alot in a good or bad way! I was a guest with someone that reserved a room there. Upon on checking in we had to deal with a lady named Alexis whom was not professional at all. She acted as if we were bothering her when we asked more questions. When we asked about complimentary upgrade etc. she sorta rolled her eyes back. She then stated we have a full house and that’s not possible and I’m the manager if you need anything else to come to her! I will say that hotels are hospitality and to work front desk you should have the skills in customer service. Due to her “Alexis” I will never tell people to go to this hotel if they have to deal with her! Besides her… the hotel was amazing! We enjoyed our stay! That’s why I couldn’t give 5 stars!

Brilliant Hotel, Front staff were very friendly and helpful at all times! Always greeted with a smile and conversation. The room was nice and spacious, clean and had everything you could need, ended up staying for 6 nights. The shuttle was great for getting to and from downtown, Jimmy was a great driver, nice funny guy helped us out with suggestions on where to eat and things to do etc.

The hotel is really nice. Breakfast is available on weekday mornings until 9am and on the weekends until 10am. They often serve eggs, a pork item (ham/sausage/bacon), a potato item (hash browns or sliced potatoes), and muffins. There are waffles every morning along with oatmeal, juice selections, coffee and water. Toast and bagels are available too. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette has a full fridge, 2 eye stovetop, dishwasher, dishes and pots and pans to cook with. The room service is great. May be a language barrier but they'll do their best to figure out what you need. Front desk is friendly. Haven't had much interaction with them. The gym is nice and is empty in the afternoons so I got to workout alone. The pool is also nice too and often empty. The laundry room is on the same floor as the gym and swimming pool. It takes quarters only. $2 to wash and $2 to dry. However, the dryer doesn't dry well so either separate your main load into 2 dryers if you have a big load or plan for at least 2 cycles on high heat. The lobby also has a business area with computers and printing available. The shop also has a few items available for purchase too. Snacks or hygiene needs. The shuttle for the hotel will also take you to places that are within a 2 mile radius. There is also a Wednesday evening happy hour with wine, cheese, salad, soup and juice/coffee. There is a Chili's next door along with Jimmy John's and Papa John's. Construction is taking place across the street but isn't too disruptive or loud.
