Muito descuidado, chaves enferrujadas, porta quebrada, água suja da chave, além disso cheirava mal demais a mofo, a única coisa que dou 2 estrelas é pela proximidade da 5ª avenida e pelos funcionários do restaurante que foram muito simpáticos. Que fica a um quarteirão de distância, eles nem dão água, então traga sua própria garrafa, a piscina é pequena.

La habitación muy cómoda, la alberca también y el trato

Muy descuidado, llaves oxidadas, puerta rota, agua sucia de la llave, adicional olía super mal a humedad, lo único por lo que le doy 2 estrellas es por la cercanía a la 5ta avenida y por el personal del restaurante que fue muy amable el cual se ubica a una cuadr, no te dan ni agua así que lleva tu propia botella, la alberca es pequeña.

Quartos muito básicos. As portas não travam corretamente Eles cobraram uma taxa extra para que meu amigo me ajudasse a carregar minhas malas para o quarto. O clube de praia é inexistente e a piscina fica cheia de crianças gritando a partir das 7h.

Very basic rooms. Doors do not lock properly They charged me extra to let my friend help me carry my bags up to my room. The beach club is nonexistant and the pool is full of screaming children from 7am on.

Os quartos não se parecem em nada com as fotos. O hotel não estava limpo e tinha um cheiro sujo. As imagens são muito enganosas. Não há vista para o mar. Assim que chegamos, explicamos que queríamos cancelar nossa reserva porque o hotel foi deturpado online. Eles pediram desculpas e concordaram em nos devolver o dinheiro através do hotels.com, então saímos e reservamos em outro hotel. Mesmo assim, eles mentiram e nos acusaram e não responderam à Hoteis.com quando os contataram sobre as acusações.

The pictures are fake and the hotel is dirty and does or offer basic room necessities.

Rooms look nothing like the pictures. The hotel was not clean and had a dingy smell. The pictures are very misleading. There is no ocean view. As soon as we arrived, we explained that we wanted to cancel our reservation because the hotel was misrepresented online. They apologized and agreed to give us a refund through Hotels.com, so we left and booked at another hotel. They lied and charged us anyway and would not respond to Hotels.com when they contacted them about the charges.

Muy agradable la estadía, todo siempre muy limpio, te prestan toallas adicionales a las de la habitación para poder ir a la playa. El personal de servicio muy atento. Excelente valor/precio.

Defenitly not worth going there. No beach acess, no free entry to the advertised beach club, pool is small and looks filthy - rooms are okay but not more than okay (water in shower doesn't flush, salty water in the shower, no towels and gels at the first night, no towels for hair, no phone and fridge in the rooms) Defenitly a lot better hotels around in Playa del Carmen!

Very nice huge rooms! They were so helpful walked us to the room. H20 Bluewater diving company set us up here to go swim with the whale sharks seeing there's not an ferry from cozumel. The only bad thing I can say is I didn't get any of my 3 wake up calls. Lol. Its ok because I was so excited I was up at 2:30am but if you're a heavy sleeper set your own alarm clock. Try not to get a room near the pool. Thank goodness the room was so huge I could go in the back room and shut the door from the pool. Its clean and I reslly appreciate H20 paying for the stay for the night.

Location is good, right in downtown. The rooms are big. The water could be warmer, but it's not too cold either. If you have a car, they can't find you some space around the hotel, but they couldn't find one for me when I went to a show and came back latw, even thought the person responsible said I would have it when I arrive. Overall, good place to go.

The hotel room was great and super big. And the price was good but I do not consider it an all-inclusive if you do not get to order anything off the menu without being charged and also you are not allowed to take drinks or snacks from the restaurant or bar to the pool. You'll have to walk about two blocks to get to the restaurants. The beach club had extremely bad service and was very expensive(even though we had an all-inclusive package.) I would definitely not choose to go here again. P.s. housekeeping was great, very friendly.
