“It took a lot in me to make this review. The hotel is nice. However my experience was not pleasant. I rented the presidential suite loft for $1000 for a client event. Normally lofts and higher end suites are on their own separate floor and isolated from other guest. That is not the case at this hotel. My suite was literally right next to someone else’s room. I was already having second thoughts when I had noticed that. But giving the benefit of the doubt I still proceeded. They made me sign a 10 people waiver. The waiver states that I can have 10 guest in suite which is totally fine. By night they were complaining about my guest being too loud. Not exactly sure what 10 people in a room is supposed to sound like but the architecture of the hotel was not designed appropriately for someone that is to have 10 people in the room. Ended up getting kicked out of this because of a noise complaint which was literal general conversation amongst my guest And clients. So I’m not sure what the purpose of signing the 10 people waiver was for if there’s going to be an issue of me having 10 people in the suite. For someone to have paid $1000 for a room it was definitely not worth the money and not a good experience. I have stayed at other hotels and never had this issue and my clients and guest are all agree we would definitely not be returning guest or recommending this hotel. My advice is not to put rooms right next to each other especially higher end suites if there’s gonna be a noise issue or perhaps make your walls more noise controlled. I’ve literally been upset about this since it happened. And it did ruin my event. Not to mention the security was literally holding my door as I was trying to escort my clients out after I told them to politely shut it.”

“Very nice hotel! Room was great. Staff was friendly! We loved the pool and hot tub! And it was in a great location for downtown stuff. Parking is $60 at the hotel though - which is INSANE!!! There is a lot across the street that is $30 so I suggest that instead.”
