Stayed here in mid-December and had a wonderful time. Aside from the Little Nell, which is right in front of the lift, you can't get a better location to stay at in Aspen. It's about a 3 minute walk to the gondola with restaurants and shops all around you. Roger who I believe is the GM and his staff are very nice and friendly, the ski valet within the hotel was a pleasure to deal with as well. We considered the St Regis too for our stay which is right next door. They had a similar cost per night for a standard room and it is more of a full service hotel which is appealing to us but I am so glad we stuck with this property. Most of the rooms are apartments. We had a full kitchen, dining table, fireplace, two terraces and were blown away by the accommodations and location of this hotel. Aside from all of the resturants near by there is a nice grocery store a few blocks away so all of my worries about not having a restaurant within the property were all for not. Needless to say, I highly recommend the Aspen Mountain Residences if your considering a stay in Aspen especially if your getting 1 bedroom accommodations or larger.

The Aspen Mountain Residences is truly an icon property in Aspen. This luxury condo complex is located mountain side - the perfect ski mountain getaway with excellent amenities - concierge, fitness center, fire pits, ski shop, pool and hot tubs. Management staff was excellent to work with.

While this is our 1st visit to this Hyatt resort, it certainly is one of their premier properties. The room furnishing & amenities are beautiful

The Hyatt is located in a prime spot in downtown Aspen. The rooms are amazing and the staff was very friendly. Even though you are in the center of town and can walk most places, the hotel has cars that can pick you up or drop you off if the weather is not food. The view from the room was great as well. If you can stay here so it. The pool is also heated all year long.

The location is perfect, right near the center of town. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, well appointed and maintained, and a pleasure to relax in. The staff is outstanding, within a day or two they remember your name and room number. The folks at the concierge are helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Lovely property in the beautiful town of Aspen. Great location if you don't want to drive. We only took our car out once in the week we were there. We went on so many hikes walking distance from the property.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Grand Aspen! We used the shuttle service to pick us up at the airport upon arrival. Our accommodations were very comfortable and our room opened up to a large fire pit, which was a beautiful welcome on check -in. The kitchen area and table was spacious for up to 8 people; and included amenities such as a nice large built in refrigerator, Viking microwave, gas cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. The sofa in the living room pulled out into a full-size bed, if needed. There’s also a washer/dryer in the room. Perhaps the most exciting feature of the room is the shower/jets/steam/jacuzzi in the bathroom! The private steam room was absolutely a delight and was a great way to be pampered at the start of the day! Whenever we needed any supplies, they were immediately delivered to our room. The valet staff/service was always available, friendly and helpful. We also used the concierge desk to ask for suggestions on what to do, and were given very useful suggestions. The location is walking distance to the city center and Ajax Mountain. We did not even need to rent a car, since the shuttle service was always available. Overall, we had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at the Hyatt Grand Aspen!

Linda propriedade e ótima localização. No entanto, o atendimento ao cliente atualmente é, na melhor das hipóteses, ruim. Decent hotel; however limited service due to C19.

Beautiful property and great location. However, the customer service currently is poor at best. I understand COVID restrictions, but they should provide essentials like toilet paper, coffee creamer and sugar without asking. Also, no luggage carts readily available. Front desk clerk Cheyenne was very rude when inquiries were made about these things as well as billing inquiries. I hope management reads this and works on these basic issues of quality service.

Fiz uma reserva em janeiro para um casamento em setembro. O Covid-19 chegou alguns meses depois e o casamento foi cancelado. Não consigo obter nenhum tipo de reembolso e perderei US $ 900. Hyatt tem sido inflexível e ganancioso e essa foi uma experiência muito desagradável. Tentei trabalhar com o gerente de vendas deles, Tami Brown, que não trabalha comigo. Sim, assinei um contrato, mas não há cláusula de pandemia. Eu esperava que uma marca como a Hyatt proporcionasse uma melhor experiência ao cliente e alertasse qualquer pessoa antes de fazer negócios com eles.

Love the management here. The maids did an early cleanout on our last day though and ended up throwing away some food and drinks that we wanted.

I made a reservation in January for a wedding in September. Covid-19 hit a couple months later and the wedding was canceled. I can not get any type of refund and will lose $900. Hyatt has been inflexible and greedy and this has been a very unpleasant experience. I tried working with their Sales Manager, Tami Brown, who will not work with me. Yes, I signed a contract but there is no clause for pandemic. I expected a brand like Hyatt to provide a better customer experience and caution anyone before doing business with them.
