“Nice location. Unfortunately it’s missing basic amenities like a microwave in the room and a laundry room for guests. WiFi slow. You can hear the neighboring room’s toilet flush and shower in use. Toilet in our room clogged at 9 p.m and the issue was not resolved until the next day after 2:00 p.m. and that was after several requests for help. A/C in the room only seemed to cool one half of the room. I accidentally forgot a large container of weight loss shake/powder and was told nothing was left behind. The supervisor for the cleaning crew (very sweet and helpful) offered for us to look in the trash and sure enough! It was thrown away. When I asked for information to file a complaint the manager in the lobby gave me a card and said “all that’s going to happen is it’s going to come to me” making it seem as if my complaint would be useless. Didn’t handle that situation in a professional manner at all. Will not go back 👎🏼👎🏼”

“This hotel is in one of the best locations. It is located right across from a large shopping center and about a 5 minute walk from a large mall with a Cheesecake Factory. The people at the front desk are so friendly and accommodating. The beds are a little hard, but the rest of the room is pretty nice for a hotel. Almost everything is down feathers, so make sure to ask for a non-down pillow or covers ahead of time.”
