“I stayed there twice before and it went fine. This time I could not get through making a reservation directly to the hotel number, that bad they were. Kept picking up the call and sending me to the answering machine when I indicated I wanted a reservation. Fourth time I called, they just picked up and hanged up twice. When I stopped by in person, furious, found five people in the front desk doing absolutely nothing but still unapologetic about their bad customer service. We wrote a letter to the manager, Sheena Rausch, who did not answer what explains why the employees act like they do. This is a hotel that not only is away from a lot of interesting places but it has a big problem trying to access to their parking lot and getting out of it too when coming from campus or Stadium, which is where the majority of people staying there go. They should try to compensate. Their “newness” will not last. Found a couple of other hotels already, one is the Residence Inn, where location is key, and service is excellent. Weber is very good too.”
