“Great service and good people that work here they really go out of there way to make your stay top notch.”
— Trini Gonzalez
“Our plans in College Station were canceled and we provided more than 72 hours advance notice that we needed to cancel. We booked through Expedia and the booking was non-refundable. Rooms are in high demand in College Station so we did not have much choice. My husband is unemployed so $200 is a lot of money to throw away. I spoke with Expedia and Hyatt Place. Ultimately, Hyatt Place would not make an exception and refund our money even though they could easily re-book the room. We will never book through Expedia again and we will certainly never use a Hyatt Property ever again. I should have known better as a graduate from the Hilton College for Hotel and Restaurant Management.”
