My family and I stay this past weekend for a wedding, we had two rooms, the staff was friendly enough, however we go there at the scheduled check in time and one of the rooms was not ready, at the time it wasn't a big deal because some of the them were coming in a bit later. When they arrived they were told the room was still not ready, they asked to just go change to get to the wedding. They gave them the key. When the arrived there was a bio hazard bucket in the room and the sofa was wet (as if it was being washed). They said it had an odor, they changed went to wedding. Upon returning from the wedding the room smelled of bleach and vomit. The hotel was full no, other rooms available, it was late and other hotels in the area were full as well. I mentioned it when checking out and the person at the front desk she knew exactly which room I was talking about but didn't offer a discount.

Mostly a nice hotel and very friendly staff! Our room had a broken fridge though didn’t work at all and the maintenance person came and looked at it and tried claiming it was fixed, it wasn’t, I wouldn’t have even complained about this cause stuff happens but this is a dog friendly hotel and someone complained so much about our dogs whining the few hours we’d leave him in his cage in the room that we were told we couldn’t leave him anymore. What’s the point of staying in a pet friendly hotel then?! Also why stay in one with other dogs if your just gonna complain about them! Go to a non pet friendly one!

Rooms are tired and AC is really weak within the rooms. Also, showed up at 5pm (check-in is 3pm) after checking in online (where it said the room was ready) and was told that the room wasn't ready. Seeing as we were staying there for a wedding and the shuttle left at 6:30, this was a problem. After a bit of a wait, they gave us another room, which was appreciated.

Great location, close to quick routes around Metro Detroit (M-53, M-59, I-94 and I-75 are easy to get to). Clean rooms, great staff. When we went in July 2021 there were still some COVID restrictions, so the rooms were only cleaned every 3rd day but we can make our own beds so it was never an issue. The staff was great about being fresh towels and other needs up to the room in between cleanings. Breakfast was great for available sealed single serving options. Pool was clean and warm. Recommend this location. If you are staying in area.

The staff was very nice and polite! They answered all of our questions with a smile and overall got a very nice response. The hotel room itself was very clean and offered a lot. The beds were comfy and the sink outside the bathroom allowed for multiple uses at once. I went with my siblings and we loved to pool! Very clean and the water is very pretty. The fitness room was also great, as there were a few machines to rotate around. Overall a very positive stay :)

My friend selected this location to get rooms for her wedding. I'd never stayed here and knew nothing of it. What a lovely room! So clean. Looked sharp. Wish we were in the room longer to enjoy it...

When we got to hotel it was very nice and clean, the staff was also very courteous and friendly.The room was laid out very nicely and spacious, the beds were super comfortable. No complaints at all...
