“Me and my family usually love Hyatt hotels but this one was a different story. After a 12 hour drive, we came in to check into our rooms that were already booked a week ahead. Their WiFi was down (which isn’t their fault) and they couldn’t give us our rooms. The lady then proceeded to lie to us saying she doesn’t know why it let us book online if she didn’t have “any rooms available” when I had called hours before to make sure it did and they told me my rooms were ready. She then told us she couldn’t do anything and told us to leave to another hotel. After waiting a couple more minutes, the WiFi never came back and I don’t know how she did it but she then gave us two rooms which were cleaned. We didn’t have any problems with the rooms which is why I rate it a two. But staff was indeed -1/5.”

“Decided to pick a not too cheap and not too expensive place and ended up here. Rate was just over $100 and they let us check in early which is what we needed. There was a problem with the room and they right away switched us, staff is really friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Refrigerator and coffee maker, no microwave (kind of unfortunate since we had some left overs but that didn't stop us). Water was hard but hey the hot water worked so didn't complain. The bathroom was small but shower was spacious. Small closet, we didn't really use it so no problem. AC was kinda loud, my husband needed it to sleep and the noise it made didn't stop us from doing that but we aren't light sleepers. Bed was really comfortable and that made the trip.”
