“Stayed here for a quick weekend get away. Drove down from Charlotte NC. Will never go back. Rooms were not like they look online. Worst breakfast I've ever had. Nothing hot.”

“To start this was a business trip. I don't expect the Ritz Carlton but with the name Hyatt it should have higher standards than what this one does. The room I was in for 3 weeks was gross, there were old french fries on the floor, hair in the sink and the shower was dirty. The floors, and elevator were just sticky and disgusting on a daily basis. I get water damage happens but the whole building seemed to be leaking at some point or another. I asked for a linen change 3 times and got it once. My last week there the GM did apologize and asked if I wanted anything and I said NO but they still went in my room put towels in there BUT DID NOT BOTHER TO CLEAN THE ROOM. If you are going to enter even after one says no thx for towels then at least clean the room.”
