“The first thing I noticed were flies all over eating area. Other little things: no hook or shelf to hang bag/towel while using pool restroom, front desk staff cant speak English enough to put a credit card on file for when we are asked room number to pay for food/drinks, room numbers written on door card...I lost one so anyone that finds it has access to my room I guess.
Same staff checks in that services bar, so if you need to order food, drinks, whatever you will wait as long as check in takes for however many people are in line. 7 at the moment while I wait to order a drink. We encountered this a few times as the desk is in same section as cafe and bar with one staff member most of the time.
Easy transportation shuttle request with quick departure and pickup. Then, they did not tell our group or operate as such, that on Fridays the transportation staff is off work at 5. So 10 of us were in town and called for shuttle at 515pm and they said sorry, take a taxi. 5 previous days and nights they took us in evening and got us up to 10pm. This is 2nd communication issue.
The place was clean, staff friendly, good breakfast. I would try to find something better though if I were to go back to La Paz because of the mentioned issues.”

“Hotel is pretty nice. A bit far from anything. You will have to take a taxi to any restaurant except the hotel's. Modern and American standard for the brand. Beds are better than most in town. Bar staff and front staff are very helpful and nice. My biggest gripe is that the kitchen is open to the lobby and in the afternoon you are bombarded by frying smells. Almost unbearable if you are at the bar. I will stay in town again next time if possible.”
