Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any stay. This website will compare countless booking web sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is the best rated in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few days you won't be let down. I stayed there for business purposes. The staff was Awesome. The rooms were very clean which is my top concern. They were very friendly, respectful, and courteous. I would recommend it for those reasons.

Do not stay here. I have stayed at many hotels and this was by far my worst experience. Checking in was extremely stressful, I paid while booking my room but when I checked in they said I didn’t pay for it. I showed them my confirmation code but apparently “that doesn’t mean anything”. So I had to repay at the desk. Then when I asked if I could do half on my card and half in cash, the front desk said they didn’t know if they could do that. Then she had to call her manager to figure out how to split the bill.... You learn how to do that even at a grocery store. Finally when we check in, we are told that we have to wait until our room is cleaned (mind you I checked in an hour late so they still hadn’t cleaned my room by then) I was waiting for 40 minutes in the lobby until being able to go to my room. Once In the room, the blinds were broken and the AC was broken so we couldn’t turn it down, we were freezing all night. They promise a free hot breakfast... they only had cereal and single pieces of French toast. No bagels or eggs. There was also no coffee for over an hour. Once again, do not come here. If I could give it a zero rating if I could.

Hyatt Place, with the service and amenities you expect from the brand. Happy with my choice for stay. Close to the casino, where I was attending a convention. The free shuttle is a great convenience. Using member points was a nice to get a great rate for an even best stay. The hotel is clean and they are taking all necessary Covid precautions.

Excellent ,There are so many things to do close to the hotel you can go to the casino, you could get your nails done at any local nail salon, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, and just in case you wanna do a little Walmart shopping before you head back it’s only three minutes away the staff was friendly and nice and anytime I needed anything they were quick to respond. The only thing negative I could say is anytime the front desk gets a phone call they tend to put you on hold for 15 minutes while they talk to the guests at the counter it’s usually only the afternoon staff to do that but other than that I had an excellent time here if you need anything at the front desk walk downstairs.

I could tell they were very understaffed every employee I saw was working very hard. I did not see any dog droppings anywhere and never heard any dogs barking either. They are pet friendly and I love that. Our room was very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfy. The ladies that work at the front desk are very friendly and helpful they do seem to really care. We had a nice stay

Hyatt always provides a great bed and hospitality.. Breakfast is always great here!! And the shuttle to the casino is perfect! The front desk staff is accommodating and the pool and gym are just fine...
