“I had booked through hotels.com and my reservation was sent to the hotel but not my booking. They let me check in without actually checking in until 5 hours later hotels.com finally sent the booking. The room was large and spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Stayed 2 nights and all staff was friendly and fun. The bed was so comfortable I could almost live there! Felt very safe and at home.”

“I just called about my situation this past weekend & spoke to the manager Jim. There wasn’t anything he could do besides apologize. That is not a way to handle an unprofessional situation! I’m calling corporate & complaining to someone who will listen. (& no I’m not expecting anything for free) I just think this situation should be handled better! I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!”
