Hotel muito agradável e isolado. O pessoal é muito simpático e os hóspedes são sempre simpáticos.O rio lento está sob as árvores, por isso é muito relaxado. As crianças adoram o lugar e as comodidades.O campo de golfe é bom, mas não extremamente difícil, por isso é um campo agradável para todos.Definitivamente recomendo sobre alguns dos outros resorts.

Very nice, secluded hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly and the guests are always friendly too. The lazy river is under trees so it is very relaxed. Kids love the place and amenities. Golf course is nice, but not extremely difficult so it is a nice course for everyone. Definitely recommend over some of the other resorts.

Muito chique. Equipe prestativa. Muito caro, especialmente para a comida. Traga dinheiro extra se quiser comer no hotel, porque eles vão servir comida de 6 dólares por uma refeição de 16 dólares. Exceto pelo alojamento dos alces. Ainda é MUITO caro, mas pelo menos é uma boa comida. A piscina é agradável e os funcionários da onda rider foram muito úteis.

Sem dúvida, um dos mais belos arredores e jardins. Trilhas para caminhada, pátios, muito espaço e vistas deslumbrantes do lado de fora. O prédio também é lindo, e a equipe foi amistosa e atenciosa. Eu estava lá para uma conferência e as salas de reuniões estavam imaculadas. Fiquei desapontado com o quarto. O chuveiro / banheira precisava de manutenção ou mesmo uma atualização. Não consegui ajustar o termostato AC e o frigobar não funcionou. O termostato durou duas noites desconfortáveis.

Chef Omar e sua esposa Kim foram convidados muito corteses neste local. Segundo resort e spa visitado nesta viagem a San Antonio. Este lugar tem comida melhor e um grande chef. YUM! Tentei alces pela primeira vez e estou feliz por isso. Foi criado com perfeição. Estou ansioso para voltar.

I'm truly disappointed with this resort. We had 2 queen beds and these were not queen beds in any sense of the word. The width of the beds did not conform to queen sized at all and maybe could qualify as full size. The kids pool wasn't heated and there were no lights in the lazy river or even outside in the landscape so the moment it got dark, staying in the pool wasn't really an option. It didn't happen on our trip, but what's keeping the snakes out of the lazy river? And if it's dark, good luck on seeing it. The basketball goal is in the worst place...in a high traffic travel area between the lazy river and the main pool. Kids will be kids and most of them have no common courtesy when families with small children are trying to cross from the lazy river to the main part of the pool. The restrooms are not convenient either. We asked where was the closest restroom and were told to walk through the private pavillions, through the adult pool, out to the golf course and into the big building there. With 2 small children having bladders the size of peanuts, it seemed like we spent half the time walking to and from the restroom. The adult pool was nice and heated but since it was an "adult" pool, good luck to the kiddos who are left to freeze in the dark pool. The little beach play area was nice and the kids definitely enjoyed and had fun there. Unfortunately, the nearest bathroom here is by the bar and it wasn't really up to par for smaller patrons. It seems this place is only "family friendly" during sun up. When the sun goes down, it feels like they want to push you to your room because you don't belong out past 7.

Very fancy. Helpful staff. Very pricey especially for the food. Bring extra money if you wanna eat in the hotel, because they're gonna serve you 6 dollar food for a 16 dollar meal. Except for the elk lodge. It's still REALLY expensive but it's at least great food. The pool are nice and the staff at the wave rider were very helpful.

Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful surrounding area and grounds. Walking trails, patios, plenty of room and gorgeous views outside. The building is also gorgeous, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was there for a conference and the meeting rooms were immaculate. I was disappointed in the room. The shower/tub needed maintenance or even an update. I couldn't adjust the AC thermostat and the mini-fridge didn't work. The thermostat made for an uncomfortable two nights.

Chef Omar and his wife Kim were very gracious guests at this spot. Second resort and Spa visited on this trip to San Antonio. This place has better food and a great chef. YUM! Tried elk for the first time and glad I did. It was created to perfection. Looking forward to coming back.

Ao fazer o check-in no meu quarto, liguei com uma semana de antecedência para ter certeza de que minha reserva estava pronta e estava. Liguei um dia antes de solicitar um check-in antecipado e a equipe afirmou que ligaria no dia do check-in para verificar se um estará disponível. Liguei por volta do meio-dia no dia da reserva solicitando check-in antecipado por volta das 3h30 e a equipe declarou que não havia quartos disponíveis e tinha que estar às 4h como todos os outros no horário de check-in, informando questões de pessoal e leva 5 horas para limpar um quarto. Quando cheguei, a representante de atendimento ao cliente Catherine não era a pessoa mais amigável ou prestativa com quem lidar. Nenhuma conversa, muito branda, não disse nada sobre o resort e o que esperar. Eu tive que pegar meu próprio mapa e fazer as perguntas, em vez de ela me mostrar onde estávamos no mapa e como localizar meu quarto. As paredes são finas, sem micro-ondas, sem manobrista disponível e o atendimento ao cliente não é o melhor agora. Veremos depois de dois dias de estadia se melhora.

EU NÃO RECOMENDO. O Hyatt Hill Country é muito caro e eu tive melhores quartos e serviço no Holiday Inn. Não me interpretem mal, os jardins e a piscina são lindos. Nossos filhos gostaram do rio lento, mas o lugar inteiro está superlotado e você paga por cada extra. Os quartos são pequenos, com apenas 2 camas de casal. 2 camas queen-size nem eram uma opção. O carpete dos corredores estava borbulhando. É um hotel muito desatualizado e você está pagando por um hotel de 5 estrelas, mas apenas tendo uma experiência de 2 estrelas. Além disso, esteja preparado para pagar muito mais quando chegar lá. Eu não conseguia nem mesmo tomar uma xícara de café de cortesia pela manhã sem ter que pagar US $ 7 por ela.

Upon checking into my room, I called a week in advance to make sure my reservation was good to go and it was. I called a day before requesting an early check-in and staff stated to call on day of check-in to verify if one will be available. I called around noon on day of reservation requesting early check-in by 3:30 or so and staff stated no rooms available and have to be at 4:00 like everyone else check-in time, stating staffing issues and it takes all 5 hours to clean a room. When I arrived, customer service rep Catherine wasn’t the friendliest or helpful person dealing with. No conversation, very bland, didn’t say anything about the resort and what to expect. I had to get my own map and ask the questions instead of her showing me where we was on the map and how to locate my room. The walls are thin, no microwave, no valet available and customer service isn’t the greatest right now. We will see after two days of stay if it gets better.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The Hyatt Hill Country is way overpriced and I've had better rooms and service at Holiday Inn. Don't get me wrong, the grounds and the pool are beautiful. Our kids enjoyed the lazy river, but the entire place is way over-crowded and you pay for every single extra. The rooms are tiny with only 2 double beds. 2 queen beds weren't even an option. The carpet in the halls was bubbling up. It's a very out-dated hotel and your paying for a 5-star hotel but only getting a 2-star experience. Also, be prepared to pay a whole lot more when you get there. I couldn't even get a complimentary cup of coffee in the morning without having to pay $7 for it.

O serviço em todas as direções era absolutamente surpreendente. Não há uma alma mesquinha à vista do sábio pessoal. Se alguma vez houve alguma preocupação, foi atendida em tempo hábil e profissional. Durante a minha estadia, faço pedidos em alguns dos restaurantes da casa e terei que recomendar que o Charlie's long Bar é o caminho a percorrer, que não pode dar errado com a comida ou as bebidas oferecidas; o serviço lá especificamente era muito melhor do que eu pensava inicialmente. Para um bar, é na verdade mais voltado para a família do que você imagina, várias famílias jogando shuffleboard e mesas de sinuca juntas. Tive um acidente, que acontece, mas resolvi bem antes de eu sequer pensar em reclamar. O gerente (Keith) sabe bem o que é e o que não é profissional e como lidar com os erros e corrigi-los. Este estabelecimento tem oferecido seu apoio de qualquer maneira que você pudesse pedir, seus porteiros são super fofos e visam agradar. Todas as notas de lado O Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort e Spa foi um tempo absolutamente incrível. Eles seguiram todas as legalidades do CDC para se certificar de que podem ter uma ocupação completa. Portanto, se você está preocupado com o serviço, limpeza, segurança ou uma verificação posterior, se necessário; eles não hesitarão em ajudar. Service in every direction was absolutely astounding. There is not a mean soul in sight staff wise. If ever having any concern, was taken care of in a timely and professional manor. During my stay, I order from a few of the in house restaurants and will have to recommend that Charlie’s long Bar is the way to go, cannot go wrong with the food or beverages offered; service there specifically was a lot better than I had originally thought. For a bar it’s actually more family orientedthan you would think, several families playing the shuffleboard and pool tables together. Had one mishap, which happens but took care of it well before I had even thought to complain about it. The manager (Keith) is well aware of what is and isn’t professional and how to address mistakes and correct them. This establishment has well offered their support in any way you could ask for, their doormen are super sweet and aim to please. All side notes aside The Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa was an absolute amazing time. They have followed all CDC legalities to make sure they can take a full occupancy. So if your worried about Service, cleanliness, safety, or a later checkout if need be; they will not hesitate to help. Come see what this wonderful, beautiful establishment has for you. I will be recommending to several people.
