Ok so I had a riverfront view and it was great. The room was ok otherwise. I see people saying the beds are comfy, but ours was absolutely not. It felt dated and super firm. The pillows were small and my wife basically got no sleep. I got some but I can sleep on the floor and still get some sleep. Overall this ruined the next day as we were so exhausted.Maybe we got unlucky with our room, but probably the last time I am staying here. Especially for the price.

I was there attending a wedding. (Most things were coordinated by HRJ staff I'm assuming) The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. All services were provided in a timely manner. **I was a guest. Only problem was how stiff and hard the sheets were..geeeesh.

Valet took liberties with the dollars and loose change from my center console and recked my glove box. I will never valet at this hotel. My wife and I stay three to five days a year in this hotel. Very unhappy with this service and I tipped them well not knowing I was robbed until I returned home. I know it's hard to find good help during this times, but this is on the hotel to safe guard the guest property.

Quero agradecer ao Hyatt Riverfront por uma estadia maravilhosa do final de agosto a primeiro de setembro. Embora não houvesse serviço de quarto (covid), a arrumação era muito rápida para fornecer todos os itens extras de que eu precisava, como café, toalhas, etc. Eles usavam copos plásticos pré-embalados (covid), o controle remoto estava dentro de um saco zip lock (covid) ) e as roupas de cama eram imaculadas e limpas. Eu tinha negócios a fazer e o serviço de internet era simplesmente fantástico. Obrigado Hyatt!

I want to thank Hyatt Riverfront for a wonderful stay the end of Aug thru first of September. Even though there was no room service (covid) housekeeping was very quick to provide any extra items I needed such as coffee, towels, etc. They used pre-wrapped plastic cups (covid), the remote was inside a zip lock bag (covid) and the bed linens were crisp and clean.I had business to do and the internet service was just awesome.Thank you Hyatt!

Este lugar é um dos mais bem avaliados nesta área. Faz muito tempo que venho aqui. Se você ficar por alguns dias, com certeza vai adorar, tenho certeza!Hotel muito bom. Excelentes vistas de rio. This place is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it I'm sure! Very nice hotel. Great views of the river. The hotel is gorgeous and staff was friendly. Clean large rooms.

Experience was awesome but kept on charging my brother for a breakfast meal, when all along it was complimentary with the hotel package deal! And with the drilling down stairs, we had to relocate to another room upstairs, but the new room didn't have the SAME accommodations in the bathroom area. So it was an okay experience but very peaceful & breathtaking to say the most part.

Oh boy, where to even begin... we decided to spend a little extra to stay here for a concert at the stadium because it is within walking distance, about a mile. The bad: Parking was a horrible mess. The garage is confusing to drive through and there were no parking spaces available! They allow non hotel guests to park in the garage. It took us an hour to find a parking spot. Next the line to check in was hugh! We had checked in online and just needed our room key. They did not have a separate line for that. It too us over 40 minutes in line just to get a key. All this almost made us late for our concert which we thought we were going to be early for. Lastly, after returning from the concert, hot, sweaty and tired, the building lost all water pressure right in the middle of my shower! I couldn't rinse off. The front desk phone line was off hook. So, we walked to lobby to find other guests all there yelling at the manager because of the water. It was a mess. The good: Room was clean and roomy. Hotel property was very nice. Walk to stadium was easy and area seemed safe enough to walk through. Anna at the front desk was very sweet during check out. We explained our issues to her and she listened and told us the hotel had way more guests than normal and the city turned off water for an emergency. She was very understanding and agreed to discount our room for our inconveniences. She earned the hotel a two star review from me, otherwise it was a one star all the way.

Lamentablemente deje en mi habitación un perfume muy costoso y me lo robaron no se hicieron responsables. Es un peligro estar en un lugar donde no estás seguro. No se puede dejar nada en la habitación me siento como si hubiese ido a un hotel barato donde no se hacen responsables de nada. Muy mal
