“In the beginning it was a very pleasant stay, the staff was helpful Dennis to be exact helped me to get a refrigerator in my room, by the time I left the front desk to head back to my room a guy was right behind me with the refrigerator. However last night after getting off of work 9 last night I came to the hotel my things were downstairs. I was given another room only to find out it was being occupied by another patron. Then to add insult to injury I was given a room on the 7th floor but wasn't informed that it was in a completely different wing than that of which I was previously in and didn't mention it was a different elevator I had to take. I've been here in Louisiana on business away from my wife and kids for over 30 days and have been working tirelessly to help restore power out here and that was the last thing I expected out of a hotel of this caliber”
