“Bristol room great location. Parking still no valet and $16 a night. Globalist get breakfast at capital burger and the buffet one here was very good and the service was terrific. Easy walk to North Italia for dinner and Starbucks in the morning. Was a nice stay and pleasant staff. Double check they make your room key works for garage!”

“This review has to portions. 5 stars for presentation and atmosphere and accessibility to shops and bathrooms and the capital grill (which is phoenomonal) and 3 stars for the service I received. The staff was new as of this review so I believe they will get better especially upon talking to the manager. I booked a king bed ended up with two beds, wasn't told about the parking being added to you room charges $10 a night in the garage. Was told there wasn't coffee there was and the staff wasn't very good at communicating things completely. Besides that the stay was great I loved the view and being walking distance from so many amazing places to eat. Highly recommend this hotel despite the little nuisances because the gym on the 3rd floor AMAZING!!! Big hot tub decent size pool (3 1/2 feet deep) lots of bathrooms 4 elevators and 2 staff elevators (stairs weren't bad either). Don't hesitate to book try it for your self!”
