“Great facility. People are very welcoming and seem very happy that you are there. The food is consistently remarkable, including the buffets in which the food is continually replaced to insure freshness. Beautiful beach but ocean not swimmable, but pools are great. Adult pool is spacious and kept for adults only with its own bar and grill service”

“This was only my second ever all-inclusive experience, but it exceeded all of my expectations. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and they were a big highlight of this trip. Shout out to Tony, Esteban, Margarita, Marcos!! The room was bigger than I expected and very clean. We only ordered room service once and it arrived very quickly. I was nervous about the food quality since all-inclusives usually have a reputation for not having the greatest food. However, everything we had was so fresh and tasty! I especially loved the buffet (La Plaza) for all of the fresh fruit, and also La Hacienda Beach Grill for the burgers and drinks. This was the perfect vacation that I needed, and I was able to spend all day laying by the pool and reading.”
