“Eu e minha esposa Dayane viemos conhecer Cancún para nossa comemoração de 02 anos de casamento e ficamos hospedados no Iberostar Cancún na área StarPrestige (Coral Level) onde fomos muito bem recepcionados, desde o check in até mesmo a animação, em especial pelo funcionário Santiago, que além de se comunicar muito bem em português, nos deu varias dicas sobre Cancún e sobre o resort. “After reading all the raving reviews about this place, I felt confident that Iberostar would blow us away like most people were. Upon arrival, we were greeted kindly by the staff with welcome drinks which was a nice touch. The moment was completely ruined when we were immediately led into a timeshare swindle. Really unattractive. Our room was decently sized, but had a musty smell to the place I could not quite put my finger on. For being only 3 years old, the hallways were dark and dirty. The tub on the balcony was a nice touch, although it was dirty and there was no hot water. There was also no hot water available in the bathroom tub, either. The breakfast and lunch buffets were satisfactory with plenty of options. The poolside service was decent and they had a special grill menu most days by the pool. I wish that they had more umbrellas for the amount of chairs available. Being someone who cannot sit in the sun all day, this was very inconvenient if we did not snag a seat before 8am. The only dinner that was semi enjoyable was the hibachi. All other dinners were mediocre at best. I would not come back to this resort at the end of the day, as there are other places with more things to do, better food, and amenities.”

It was a great stay! Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel has a friendly and helpful staff. Interesting entertainment that will not let you get bored. Special thanks to Alexei and Carlos it was always fun with them🔥 Santiago made great cocktails🍸 Thanks to Benito, our room was always clean and tidy👍🏻 We have never had any problems with restaurant reservations. We ate in restaurants all 12 days. We liked the food very much. Was quite varied. Highly recommend choosing this place to stay💎

The people here are amazing. Everyone is friendly and willing to help make it an amazing vacation. The rooms are super nice and comfortable. The activities are fun and it’s a very relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious at all of the restaurants! A couple of downfalls: the air conditioning was not working in the room There seemed to be some confusion around whether or not we could have alcohol delivered to the room. We were told 3 out of the 4 days we could not and then finally we’re allowed to on the last night. The second night we tried to get room service for over an hour and nobody answered the phone after multiple attempts.

Honestamente me dejé llevar por los reviews del hotel me quede en la torre de Adulto Coral level y no es nada de lo dicen fue nuestra tercera vez en Cancún queríamos probar un hotel nuevo y luego no pudimos entender porque dicen que la comida era buena cuando tuvimos que salir a comer fuera de lo mala que era en todos lados , la atención es muy mala algunas personas súper groceras por educación solo me quedaba callado por lo general siemprellevamoscash porque tenemos cultura americana de dar buenas propinas primera vez en Mexico que no me nació hacerlo. Pero muy mala experiencia puedes pasar más de media hora y tienes q buscar alguien para q te ofrezca un trago en la piscina . Las instalaciones están muy bien súper lindas si pero el servicio y la comida muy mal .Puedo decir que de todos los lugares que e visitado en Mexico aparte esta era mi tercera vez en Cancún los más rico que tienen los mexicanos es la atención y la comida este hotel no lo tiene . Un último ejemplo pedimos comida a la habitación pasaron casi tres horas y nunca llegó súper decepcionado del lugar le doy dos estrellas por las instalaciones.

We loved the resort and stayed for seven nights to celebrate vacation! The room was beautiful and comfortable. Luis Daniel (I think, his handwriting was a little different each time)surprised us with really fun towel sculptures that had roses as well. We also loved the entertainment staff, Jackie had great workouts (aqua bikes, water aerobics, and paddle board yoga) in the coral level pool! Franco was very friendly and made the resort extra fun- still hoping to hear dancing Queen on our last night here! Carlos also had great games and was very friendly! We would definitely recommend the coral level. All the staff was great and the food was good. We enjoyed visiting all of the restaurants and the star cafe for coffee. It was lovely to have a coffee bar right within the coral level part of the resort as well!

I’ve stayed at a few resorts in Mexico.. this resort has blown all others out of the water! The food at this resort is the freshest and most delicious food I have had. Every day there is something new and fresh to eat. Everything is seasoned to perfection and is delicious.The cocktails are delicious and the service here is amazing. We are already looking to book for next year! Thank you Chef Ivan and your team for the experience!The rooms were breathtaking. Each room offered an ocean view. The pool is open 24 hours which is unlike most resorts. The entertainment was fun but it wasn’t annoying. It was perfect for anyone who wants to relax in a very nice atmosphere.

We stayed for our honeymoon and the resort itself and staff were great. The view from our room was unlike any other, and the tub on the balcony was absolutely amazing. The staff that hosted games at the pool during the day were so pleasant and fun!The only reason we did not give it a 5 star rating is because of the food. That was a real bummer for us and definitely put a damper on our trip because it was just… not good. We felt hungry and unsatisfied during our stay, and eventually you just lose your appetite all together after trying the limited food options at the resort. The best was the Mexican restaurant, but everything else made us sick for the duration of our stay. Making reservations also seemed to be more difficult than expected as all of the restaurants were booked out at least 2 days, so plan accordingly. The resort is also not within walking distance of any other restaurants, so you’ll have to take a cab if you want a meal elsewhere which adds up very quickly when you’re paying 20+ USD each way. Going to other restaurants outside of the resort just to get a satisfying meal is not something you really plan on doing when you pay for an all inclusive stay, and that saddened us. All other aspects were 10/10, but when you stay at a 5 star resort, you expect 5 star gastronomy. We were disappointed that the food made such a negative impact on our special trip.

Iberostar has been fabulous! We came here for our honeymoon and the staff far exceeded our expectations. From checking in to service on site the experience has been flawless. Carlos of the entertainment team was so personable, accommodating, and very friendly throughout our stay. He introduced himself upon arrival, and made us feel like part of the Iberostar family. He is truly one of a kind!!! We also met Fernando in concierge and Nadiara at the front desk. Each of these individuals made our stay an above average experience. Thank you to Iberostar and the amazing staff for the best vacation ever!

Porque todos os atendentes são muito atenciosos, a comida é muito diversificada e gostosa. Também tem muitas opções de bebidas de boa qualidade. As camareiras são uns amores com os mimos no quarto e toda vez os quartos estão arrumados, mesmo que se se use por um curto espaço de tempo. Não tem crianças no hotel, o que ajuda no relaxamento. Foi uma excelente experiência.

This was our first all inclusive trip and it was AMAZING! Carlos did such a good job with directing activities and kept everyone entertained during the storm! He taught us how to salsa dance and had tons of fun games planned. 11/10 recommend staying here. We will definitely be coming back next year. If you’re looking for strong drinks, good food, and a clean environment then Coral Level is the place to be!

Muy grata sorpresa. Resort decorado con muy buen gusto, habitaciones increíbles con vistas impresionantes del Caribe. Múltiples opciones culinarias. Hace 2 años vine al Iberostar y nos encanto así que este año decidimos venir aquí pero al la sección solo adultos (Coral Level) y quedamos más encantados!! La atención es buenísima, todo el personal es muy amable, las instalaciones son hermosas y muy agusto porque es solo adultos. Hay muchas actividades también. El buffet de este hotel es todavía más rico que el otro!! Me encanto. Volveré siempre :)

Super Atencion de todos los empleados. El lugar es ideal para adultos, que quieran divertirse y descansar. La comida muy rica y excelente selección de vinos, recomiendo Sauvignon blanc chileno. En general nuestra estancia ha sido excelente. Quiero agradecer a Francisco de RP quien ha sido muy atento y a carlos del area de entretenimiento, muy agradable y servicial.

Em geral foi bom, especialmente o atendimento do Carlos que ficava na piscina. Nós tivemos alguns problemas com o hotel. Nosso check in demorou 40 min. Nossa banheira não funcionava a hidromassagem. Nosso cofre tb não estava funcionando. Dos 4 restaurantes q existem no hotel, o melhor foi o Steak House. Não que seja maravilhoso, mas foi razoável. É muito difícil conseguir uma reserva com os restaurantes. Faça isso com antecedência. Cuidado com o All Inclusive no hotel. Fui pedir uma Corona e me disseram q era só para os sócios. Eles tem um esquema de sócios, que tem direito até ao melhor espumante. Reclamei e concordaram em me dar as Coronas. O All Inclusive não é tão All Inclusive assim. A comida q é servida na piscina é boa, mas os restaurantes tem Nota 7,0.

Our stay has been amazing!! The views of the ocean are unlike any other! We can see the ocean from our balcony, the pool and every restaurant. The entertainment is incredible! Irving, Carlos and Edgar are so friendly and made sure we were having so much fun each day at the pool. They are amazing! The food was great and everything this week has been wonderful. Irvin Miguel was the absolute best bartender in all of Cancun! He was so kind, and was one of the highlights of our trip. Couldn’t ask for better service. My new husband and I came here for our honeymoon and had the time of our lives. Franco, Carlos, and Irvin had us constantly entertained at the pool and played so many fun games with us! Had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Coral Level. The food was accommodating to our dietary restrictions. The rooms were impeccable and consistently cleaned to perfection by Victoria. The time of our trip was the best because of Franco! Franco consistently made sure our entertainment was fun and we enjoyed our time. Franco is the man! In addition, guest services really did a great job with reservations. Great stay, highly recommended.

So far so good midway through our stay. golf course is in great shape. Paola brought us drinks on the beach and needs to have her own coffee bar at the resort. Beach is nice and well kept rooms are clean and nice. We could have slept 2 more in our room with the pull out couch. Very small amount of people here now and most of the beach chairs are taken. Mexican restaurant.. definitely skip and go to a different one if you have the choice. Pool bar is closed sadly. All the staff have been great.

Wife and I had a great time here. Thank you to Franco and Alvin for making the experience even better. We will definitely be coming back in the future and a lot of that is due to great staff as I mentioned. The only thing coral level adult only is missing is some more nightlife. Open up a club with a DJ every night. I am sure all guests will be happy!

Tips: Take a cab to the Iberostar Cancun and they will internally transfer you to the Coral level via golf cart. It's actually just a 2 minute walk but the golf cart path loops around the property.If you are in the coral level, you don't need to crowd and jockey for spots directly in from the coral level building. Walk outside and go past the volleyball net and there is plenty of seating and you still get beach bar service (see last photo).If you must be right in front of the building then you need to get up at 7:30am to throw your towel down. By 8:30 the front cabanas/chairs are taken.Make your restaurant reservations AS SOON AS YOU CHECK IN. They go quick. Then download the Iberostar app which shows you when restaurants open and allows you to order room service.There's nothing wrong with a lower level room (2nd or 3rd floor). Occasionally you get a free show or live music they have downstairs.Review: The rooms are excellent and all the non rooftop rooms have a bathtub on the balcony. The beach waitresses come by very frequently which is great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned several times a day and they've got a bunch of Covid rules (2 people in elevator at a time, hand sanitizer everywhere, all wait staff wear masks etc). The only downside for us was the food. Aside from it being difficult to get a restaurant reservation days in advanced, the food itself was limited and a bit bland at La Barca and the American Bistro. I really with there were more gourmet Mexican dishes consistently at the buffets instead of the standard banquet style foods. I suppose this place caters a lot to international people so banquet style foods are a safe bet, but we were just hoping for a bit more. The room service food was also pretty poor, especially the pizza and wraps. The dinners at the restaurants (that require reservations) are certainly a lot better but if you can't get a reservation then your food experience may be a bit disappointing.

Las instalaciones son bonitas, pero tiene pésimo servicio. Estábamos en el iberoestar que estaba a lado y nos cambiamos al coral iberoestar por las bebidas "premium" pero se les terminan y ya no te quieren dar. Te dan lo mismo que el otro. En lo demás esta padre, rica comida; personal amable, solo les falta más meseros

The best thing at this hotel are the staff members. From cleaners to the bartenders or waiters, they all make you feel welcomed and they go extra mile to make sure you enjoy your staying. This is from far the best hotel we’ve stayed in. Amazing views, the hotel was clean, food was tasty with only one downside - they only have a small selection of food for room service - however we weren’t too bothered by that. An amazing hotel, with very kind, hardworking staff. We did not have a single negative encounter with anyone while staying at Coral level. Even the individuals selling tours and experiences who I don’t think are part of Iberostar directly were kind, helpful, and pleasant. The only reason I’m giving 4/5 instead of 5/5 is more of a reflection of Iberostar hotels, not the individual staff. For a 5 star hotel, we didn’t fall in love with the food, but maybe I’m just very picky. The food seemed almost watered down in a way. It’s hard to describe, but while the food seemed fresh it tasted almost mass produced. I know it is a part of a large hotel chain, but again for a 5 star hotel we were expecting a little more. We’re from Chicago so we’ve got plenty of good restaurants around us and I was comparing what Iberostar offered to the nicer restaurants we’ve been to at home. While it was acceptable and decent, it wasn’t something I’d rave about or highly recommend to anyone. In fact, I’d say the stay was perfect aside from the food. To further illustrate the point, while it is an all inclusive, we ended up eating outside of the hotel a few times during our stay. The room itself was amazing, we had a wonderful view. I can’t fault them too much for the relative lack of entertainment and closure of amenities due to the pandemic.

Sensacional. Atendimento no check-in super rápido. Equipe de animação super atenciosa que fizeram nos sentir em casa! Diversas atividades. E o hotel esta adorando protocolos de segurança em razão do covid, medindo a temperatura na entrada do hotel, sanitizando as bagagens, uso de mascaras nas partes internas, regras de uso de elevadores. Enfim, sensacional.

I am lovin' this hotel!...we have only been here for 2 days but feels like I found a forever home when traveling here for my dental vacation. I am a BIG Mexico traveler and have been to dozens of hotels in the area....this one is a keeper. Food, room, service.....outstanding. We checked in yesterday, leaving on Thursday...already 😥 sad about going. If you are one of the travelers a bit freaked out about cleanliness then you will be just fine HERE. Their hygiene protocols are excellent. Only 2 people allowed in elevator at one time plus masks on all staff 100% of the time. We always felt safe...much more than in the States. Florida could learn a few things from here plus no negative attitude. So awesome to see for a change.We liked the spa but I thought $70 a bit high for a pedicure..techs were good but a bit put off by price. Thoroughly enjoyed hydrotherapy pool circuit and was happy was included with Coral Level benefits. I loved the balcony with soaking tub...perfect for mimosas and relax "me" time. 9th floor with perfect views. As Arnold Swarzenegger would say..."I'll be back". 😁

Pase 4 noches en este hotel y la verdad todo fue increíble, el servicio fue una de las cosas que más me agradó en mi estancia, todos los empleados siempre estaban atentos si necesitabas algo. La comida estaba muy deliciosa. Todas las habitaciones muy limpias, modernas y con una vista al mar increíble. El lobby de el hotel es impresionantemente bello, quede encantada con toda la decoración. La piscina infinita me encantó. Te puedes relajar demasiado en este hotel. Se los recomiendo a todos de corazón. Y estoy más que segura que regresaré a este increíble hotel.

Hotel maravilhoso em todos os sentidos. Funcionários super atenciosos e educados, principalmente Santiago, Carlos, Wander, Jesus e Hector. Quartos muito confortáveis e limpos, vista para o mar e banheira. Restaurante La Barca delicioso. Recomendarei e voltarei mais vezes!

Hotel muito bonito, moderno, ambientes muito bem pensados e confortáveis. Quartos todos com ista para o mar e jacuzzi na sacada, limpos, maravilhosos. É all inclusive, comida sofisticada e deliciosa, drinks com bebidas de qualidade, bom atendimento. É possível ainda usar todas as dependências do iberostar logo ao lado. Piscina de borda infinita, várias espreguiçadeiras e camas confortáveis para tomar sol e relaxar. Perfeito para lua de mel. Voltarei em breve!

Eu e minha esposa Dayane viemos conhecer Cancún para nossa comemoração de 02 anos de casamento e ficamos hospedados no Iberostar Cancún na área StarPrestige (Coral Level) onde fomos muito bem recepcionados, desde o check in até mesmo a animação, em especial pelo funcionário Santiago, que além de se comunicar muito bem em português, nos deu varias dicas sobre Cancún e sobre o resort.
