En mi opinión muy bien situado. Las habitaciones bien para ser Londres, una pena que en pleno diciembre la calefacción no funcione, pero las camas cómodas. El servicio, sin más, hay de todo pero en general correcto.

Simple accommodations in a great location. A short distance from Stamford Bridge. The pub on the first floor is spacious and lively; the breakfast is large and delicious. And the friendly staff specifically Eduardo, super friendly and attentive, takes this hotel on top. I'm definitely going to stay again

Hospedei-me em Setembro de 2022 com um grupo. A localização é excelente, muito próximo ao metrô e com ônibus na porta. Fica em um bairro residencial muito bonito, próximo a restaurantes e pubs, tendo, inclusive, um pub no hotel. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos. Meu quarto tinha uma vista para os telhados e uma parte da cidade, bem legal. O hotel, apesar de um pouco antigos, estava com tudo funcionando e passava por manutenção. O café tinha muitos itens que devem ser normalmente consumidos pelos Ingleses, assim, nem tudo me agradou, mas eracompleto e muito bom. Pessoal da recepção atencioso, enfim, uma boa opção.

Visitei o pub um dia para assistir o jogo da copa e o eduardo e o roberto me atenderam super bem. Oque mais gostei no pub foi o atendimento deles, a hospitalidade. O fato de eu nao falar muito bem ingles, eles me fizeram sentir em casa! Nota 1000 para o edu e o roberto! Melhores atendentes que eu possa ter!

Mi experiencia ha sido muy decepcionante. Reservamos a través de Booking tres noches de alojamiento, del 10 al 13 de noviembre -hace dos semanas-. Llegamos al alojamiento a las 2 de la madrugada la noche del 10 de noviembre,ya viernespara salir el domingo día 13, en plena huelga de transportes, y avisando previamente al hotel con un correo de que nos retrasaríamos. Al llegar al London Ibis Earl Court, el señor de recepción había marcado nuestrareserva para la noche del jueves como cancelada (insisto, avisando de que llegábamos tarde porque no encontrábamos transporte). Aún así, el hotel nos cobró el alojamiento completo, las tres noches contratadas y al pedirle que por favor anulara la cancelación,nos dijo que eso ya era cosa de Booking, y que le mandáramos un mail a la plataforma para solucionarlo, afirmando que estábamos ya allí. Esto es lo que hicimos inmediatamente. Hoy tenemos un cargo de Booking por cancelación,de 105 euros, el abono de las tres noches contratadasy ante la reclamación efectuada a Booking (que es el intermediario), la respuesta que nos da es que llamemos nosotros al hotel para que confirme que estuvimos allí las noches citadas. Booking sigue un protocolo de requerimiento al hotel de dicha confirmación, pero si el hotel no responde no pueden hacer nada más. Esta es la solución que nos dan. Esos sí, nosotros ya hemos mandado a booking una copia del extracto bancario con los cargo efectuado (tanto de la penalización como del cargo), pero no parece probar nada.Esta ha sido mi experiencia por si sirve como referencia para futuros huéspedes.

Great place to stay. This is the second stay we have made in the past year. The rooms are slightly dated but very clean and everything required is available. We really enjoyed the hotel bar and the restaurant. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of foods for all tastes. Jordan on the front desk was very helpful.

Easy to find and park, walking distance to two tube stations. It was cheaper for us to park than to take the train. Smart first impression. All staff were friendly, professional and helpful both at reception and breakfast. The upstairs pub looked good. No street / airplane noise but clattering and voices from the floor above (we were level 2) went on every night until midnight. As a couple with young child we had a suite which was a good space. A small fridge was included that was big enough for chilling several water bottles and more. The bathroom was a good size; great to have a strong hot shower and nice small toiletries. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing! All the choice you could think of for four courses! Ample supplies, fresh, tasty and well presented. Very attentive, friendly staff who were particularly good with my daughter, and ample seating. The freshly squeezed orange juice machine was a highlight and hot chocolate with pastries. I'd definitely book here again for a trip to London. Thank you team!

My stay was seamless. Check in was straightforward and receptionist friendly. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was a particular highlight - efficient, and they had everything you could want to eat. Es un hotel muy antiguo y precario, se escucha todo lo qué pasa en las demáshabitaciones, desde que hablan hasta cuando hacen sus necesidades. Los baños son muy pequeños, estuvimos 3 días y nunca nos repusieron el jabón y shampoo, las almohadas son duras y no hacen aseo profundo de las habitaciones. Durante el desayuno mucha gente se lleva tuppers llenos de comida por lo que uno no alcanza a comer, no hay regularización de consumo por persona ni de reposición de alimentos.

I would like to thank you the staff for everything. Staff were incredibly polite as well as funny. The hotel room was super super clean, the bathroom was clean. Everything was working. Staff were incredibly helpful when calling down at reception and asking for what my and my friend needed. What inspired me was that staff would wear matching outfits and shoes during the night and in the morning they would also match. Hats off to the Manager for training incredible staff. Thank you once again and see you soon.

O problema começou desde o chek-in, que mesmo tendo sido feito online, os atendentes demoraram muito para me entregar as chaves pois acharam estranho a quantidade de pontos que eu tinha na conta All. Levaram meu passaporte para uma salinha e não me explicaram em nenhum momento o motivo, só depois de eu indagar qual o problema para não podermos entrar. Achei uma falta de preparo dos funcionários, que pareciam nem conhecer o próprio programa. Outras questões: ar condicionado não funcionando corretamente, mesmo depois de reclamarmos. Banheiro super perigoso, pois a banheira era tão elevada do solo que precisava me agarrar nas coisas sempre que fosse descer. O quarto ficava cheirando mal por conta do carpete. Internet lenta na maior parte do tempo. Única coisa que salva era a localização boa.

Infelizmente a única coisa que salva é a localização. Estou acostumado em ficar em Ibis sempre com um padrão básico,porém este não contempla o padrão. O banheiro é horrível, super perigoso. Não recomendo o hotel para idosos ou crianças por conta do banheiro. No quarto tem um carpete velho que cheira muito mal. O ar condicionado nao funcionava direito, e ignoraram nossa reclamação sobre isso. A internet wifi funcionava mal a maior parte do tempo. É próximo a estação de west brompton, em 15 minutos você está na maioria dos pontos turísticos de Londres e faz parte da zona 2 do metro. Sem comentar sobre a demora no check in nunca fiquei num Ibis tão ruim. Fizemos uma reserva com bastante antecedência, quando estava no auge da pandemia e pagamos um valor muito abaixo da média, mesmo assim não sei se compensou.

He estado durante dos semanas. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y es bastante confortable. El desayuno está muy bien y con zumo natural recién exprimido!. Pero LO MEJOR SIN DUDA SUS EMPLEADOS : Roberto de el bar, Mohamed una persona de seguridad y por supuesto la gente del restaurante del desayuno. Que son un grupo de trabajadores fantásticos: Matthew el manager siempre sonriendo, Mary que estaba en la puerta muy simpática, Omar un trabajador incansable amabilisimo. Pero sin duda la persona que ha hecho mi estancia en el hotel sea un verdadero placer se llama TREVOR: la persona más amable y simpática que jamás me he encontrado en un hotel. Que lujo para el hotel tener a estos trabajadores que su objetivo, por encima de todo, es hacer la vida feliz a los huéspedes. Gracias de corazón a todos y hasta pronto. VOLVERÉ SEGURO.

El hotel es correcto, algo antiguo, pero cumple con su función.El personal del hotel es muy amable, durante los desayunos están muy atentos y en recepción te ayudan siempre. Mary la chica de la entrada al desayuno siempre te recibe con una sonrisa, es una persona muy agradable y paciente. Trevor muy atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes. En definitiva, personal de 10, aunque el hotel algo mejorable.

Está muy lejos del centro, es decir de las zonas turísticas. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y las camas están muy pegadas. No cambian las sábanas diario, el colchón chueco e incómodo lo único bueno fue el pub. Excelente cerveza y lugar. El desayuno horrible y siempre sirven lo mismo. Deben de cambiar alimentos diario.

Me he alojado aquí en dos ocasiones en una misma semana y las dos habitaciones que me dieron fueron muy amplias y con unas vistas excelentes. El desayuno es muy variado y rico. Además, el salón en el que lo sirven es muy amplio, por lo que aunque haya mucha gente, siempre hay sitio disponible. La cena, menos variada pero igualmente rica. El personal es muy amable y eficiente. La ubicación es muy buena, apenas a cinco minutos andando del metro West Brompton.

Hemos pasado 5 noches y la estancia ha sido agradable. Los trabajadores son muy simpáticos y te ayudan en todo. Un par de veces que nos hemos encontrado a empleados de mantenimiento, se han preocupado de preguntarnos si todo estaba bien en la habitación y si teníamos algún problema. El hotel es un poco antiguo, pero está muy bien comunicado por metro.

Very nice team, very friendly and professional. The hotel looks a bit tired, however the level of service is excellent. A no thrills but great value hotel that is conveniently located for a number of attractions. The on-site car parking is good value for a London hotel. The hotel has a restaurant serving dinner and an excellent breakfast. There is also an on-site pub that offers a good range of typical pub meals. We prefer to take a short walk and visit some of the excellent local bars and restaurants. We have used this hotel three times and expect to use it many more times in the future.

Um Ibis tipico, com estacionamento incluido que nos permite alguma mobilidade através do Metro que não está muito longe.O pequeno -almoço é típico, com variedade.Algo muito triste para o facto de ter deixado de existir uma receção e agora os clientes serem atendidos no meio do lobby expondo toda a sua informação privada ou conversações sobre algum detalhe com o staff para todos. Não se compreende como o gerente ou a cadeia em si mesma deixa que este tipo de disposição aconteça. Um pouco falta de respeito pela privacidade.Quartos com limpeza bastante aceitável.Staff muito simpático.

Muito bom Muito bem localizado Estrutura nova Quartos compactos, no padrão Ibis, mas muito confortável. Banheira, secador, cafeteira, passador de roupas, ar quente e frio, roupas de cama boas, bem iluminado e carpete vermelho novo. Café da manhã de primeira qualidade, super variado: me surpreendi para o padrão Ibis. Restaurante abre pela noite: self-service, preço único e barato e come à vontade sem peso. Bar confortável no lobby ao lado do restaurante bem frequentado pelos hóspedes. Super recomendo.

If you are offered a room next the the lifts, I strongly recommend you ask to be relocated. I had a restless night's sleep due to people coming and going. The room itself was basic but clean. Breakfast was reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful. As with most places in London, it's only a few minutes walk to the nearest station with links all over the city. Overall it was fine as a base of operations for work but I would have been underwhelmed if I'd been staying as part of a holiday.

It's a good located hotel in London (though the room is quite aged but it's next to an Underground Station) & personally a Muslim-Friendly too, the toilet is located next to the shower hose as well as the abundance Halal f&b outlets nearby. There are 3 Mosque located near the hotel. Recommended for fellow Muslims.

This is a very rough, large, busy hotel in a grim area. It always smells of weed and there is shifty people loitering or coming and going at all hours. The car park is awful, very tight and dingy. Check in was incredibly slow. The keycards are not fit for purpose, they work once then have to be reset. The noise in the rooms from other guests, traffic etc is really disturbing. The air conditioning is there in spirit only, as it either does nothing or blows out warm air (when set to cold). The rooms themselves are functional with comfy beds, clean to a basic acceptable standard. They are also ancient, knackered, tatty, broken, scruffy, you name it. I’m sure they were luxurious in the 70’s. Room 204 shown must be above/next to a public or staff area of some kind, as the noise of talking, banging, moving around etc was *constant*, morning and night. But… it’s also a cheap London hotel near a tube station, hence the reason I’ve stayed 3 times now and always had similar experiences. Just make you only stay if it’s a very good rate, and be clear on what to expect.

Had a bad experience at this hotel. The staff were curt and unhelpful.The rooms were extremely dirty and in poor condition. Smelly yellow towels and filthy bedsheets. Bad smell from the carpet almost made us puke.The hotel looks extremely different on the photos online.No room service and the 2nd room that we had booked did not have a working phone so no way of calling the front desk.When we got food delivered from a delivery app, the front desk kept the food downstairs and did not inform us that it had arrived. When we went down 15 min later to inquire, we were told there was something delivered but they didn't care to check and let us know or talk with the delivery person.The hotel keys stopped working since they got demagnetized quickly so we had to get them replaced 3 separate times.Definitely wouldn't recommend with several other good options nearby.

Not bad for the price, rooms are clean tidy with basic amenities needed, staff are friendly, restaurant on site is great if you need a quick meal and a drink before heading out. Coffee shop in reception is ideal. Would recommend staying here for a short stay, long stays you would probably want a bit more from your room.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would encourage you to avoid it at all costs. (I got bed bugs). The staff is extremely rude and completely unhelpful. They have serious issues with their key cards which cause them to deactivate all the time and you have to go get new ones constantly. I once had to go back to reception 4 times before getting a working set. The rooms are out of date and gross. My first night I was in a room that was infested with bed bugs. After changing rooms they confirmed they found them and offered a very weak apology and still gave me a hassle when I asked for them to cover some laundry costs.The woman who eventually helped me with this issue was the only employee that left a positive impression. I would’ve left after night one but was with a group so I endured the next 4 nights. The curtains were stained, the rooms unclean. The a/c and temperature controls did not work. The ceiling fan in the bathroom did not work and the whole place would fill with steam which I think explains the mildew/mold smell that permeates the building. I overheard another guest who had their items taken from the luggage room because the staff were not collecting luggage tags from people. When I asked questions or sought help in reception I was greeted with blank faces and no empathy. The location is not great. There is not one redeeming factor for this hotel. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Good luck finding better value for your money. Breakfast is great. We had a small issue with a light and the shower but maintenance fixed it immediately. Location is fantastic with good connections. Great value.

Nice clean room, we had a twin and the beds were nice and comfy, the duvets could have been a little thicker, but the room was lovely and warm. Hotel bar was reasonably priced, we had food and drinks but there were nicely priced. The breakfast was very nice, It's self serve but you could have what you want, there was more than enough to go around. Plenty of drinks and a nice atmosphere.

Great hotel! Location is excellent as it is next to the West Brompton station, amenities were good as well and room was clean with a good view. Only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5, is that the bed had 2 single uneven mattresses’ joined together instead of one king size mattress. Anyways, still I would recommend this hotel 👍🏽

Me encantó!! Habitaciones, baño, camas para buen descanso. Fabuloso desayuno!!. Un trato excelente de todossss. Tv smart, buena wifi, la zona con buenos servicios, metro a 100 mts, autobuses. Pero el hotel en todo le doy el máximo puntaje. Te encantará. Y la terracita se agradece. Volvería!!!!!

This is a 3 Star hotel located at the Earl's Court area of London. A nice simple hotel. There is a restaurant available too. Their room sizes are adequate. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The room bathroom is of adequate size too. The rest of the hotel is well maintained and clean. Hotel staff members are professional, courteous.and helpful. Prices are very reasonable too. There are two nearby underground stations. Numerous nearby shops and restaurants are available too. A very convenient hotel for travelers.

For the price this place is amazing. It is set in a great location close to public transport, North End road I'd just around the corner, its worth a visit. Independent coffee shops and market stalls, loved hanging out there. The staff are very professional, room clean and such a luxury to have a bath!!!. TV good size also.

I should say that my initial 3 stars is my attempt to rate the room size and general decor of the hotel. It''s not a high end place, but doesn't portray itself to be one. Staff were great and the price point was impressive. Adding an extra star in acknowledgement of the great price for a Zone 2 hotel with clean rooms and comfy and large beds.
