“Hotel is great BUT staff are rude cocky and generally unhelpful. The life guard around the pool is the most miserable person on gran canaria. Food is average and what you would expect from a Spanish all inclusive. The rooms are fresh but air conditioning is doesn't work. You can't leave your towels while you have a meal as hotel will remove them and you have to retrieve them from reception. We can't wait to go home on Saturday and definitely will never return.”

“Very disappointed with our stay here. The hotel is extremely large which should therefore be able to accommodate all guests with a great experience. However, the pool areas are not large enough and during our weeks stay, we did not manage to secure a lounger. Many people are up from dawn placing their towels and after speaking with the staff, they didn't really care. This was really annoying as we had to leave the hotel and were unable to make full use of the all inclusive option that we paid for. Also, jet2 state that the hotel is 24hr all inclusive for beer, wine and soft drinks but this was incorrect. They switched off everything except water and fruit juice. With covid restrictions, many shops closed at 9pm and therefore you'd have hoped that this option was still made available but it wasn't.The rooms in the hotel are great and cannot fault them. The food isn't great.I've been to many all inclusive hotels and this is by far the worst. Some of the hot food is colder than the salad! Poor quality, not enough options and the que to enter is extremely long and not worth it.It was great however to see how well the hotel accommodated for those with reduced mobility etc many lifts and allocated areas.Positives The rooms Free WiFi Better for families.I would stay elsewhere in the area. I wouldn't recommend for couples or groups of friends. The 2 stars are for the rooms but that's about it!”
