“This may be post covid effect but staff at reception were very rude and poorly educated. They half heartedly listen to customers while doing something else. Room service via call rarely picks up, and when did, they hang up. Cleaning was bad, peanuts on floor I never had myself, hair in bathroom. Towel missing. Facilities are great, some staff are more experienced but re-education is much needed for newer people. Fire alarm kept going off by error in middle of night every hour from 10pm to 2am. No do not disturb sign available.”

“Marsha Koch Liptak __ My husband and I came to Costa Rica for an International Living conference. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff was quite nice. The grounds surrounding the property were lovely as well. However, our room was in need of updating. Linens were worn; the mattresses were old and uncomfortable; and some of the bathroom fixtures were loose. Overall the room could use some serious maintenance and replacement of items.”
