“Convenient location. Advertised as 5 star but the room was more of a 2 to 3 star. Paid for full haram view but the window was blocked by shutters which can't be opened. No way to open the windows. The breakfast buffet is that of a 2 star. The concierge with the huge muscles was really nice and should be given credit. The breakfast buffet staff were also really nice.”

“It's a beautiful hotel with a great location and great service providers. However, I was peeved with the fact that everything in the room requiring a battery either was low on power or was completely out, including the safe and TV remote. I would still recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting the beautiful city of Madinah.
Edit: after my recent stay just one week ago I can say that this hotel took care of the aforementioned battery issue.”
