“JW marriot macau, i have made an reservation at the end of May through the casino vip junket, and reserved (paid already, and have booking number and information) a suite with pool on 26 June 2020. but today, the casino vip junket said need to cancel this booking due to the JW hotel policy changed! how can you just changed the hotel policy and cancel the guests' booking? so the guests have no right to choose. so disappointed to JW, my kids originally are very excited and wishing the date to come soon... Disappointed to JW Marriot, will never choose to stay.”
