Hotel muito bom , quartos amplos , bom chuveiro e banheira , muito limpo! O café da manhã também é muito. O atendimento é muito cordial e o staff do hotel não mede esforços para agradar aos hóspedes . Eu recomendo!

This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you won't be disappointed. One of the Best, Luxurious and nicest Marriott brand hotels I have ever stayed in. The bar us very nice. The bartender made probably the best Dirty Vodka Martini I have ever had. Sweet concierge room, if you have that level. Anytime we go to Minneapolis. I always stay there...ever If it a ways from our activities. A +++

Ótima estadia, super limpo. O restaurante foi incrível. Além disso, organizamos uma festa de café da manhã em um dos salões e nossa servidora, Elsa, foi além do fenomenal. Ela fez todo o possível para garantir que nossos desejos fossem satisfeitos, até pensando em coisas que não pedimos para que nossa festa corresse bem. Queria poder encontrar pessoas como ela para todos os nossos eventos! Se você hospedar um evento, peça definitivamente para ela ser sua servidora de sala! Ficaria aqui novamente em um piscar de olhos!

Great stay, super clean. The restaurant was amazing. Also, we hosted a breakfast party in one of the ballrooms and our server, Elsa, was beyond phenomenal. She went to every length to make sure our wants were satisfied, even thinking of things we didn’t ask for to make our party run smooth. Wish I could find people like her for all our events! If you host an event, definitely ask for her to be your room server! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

One of the Best, Luxurious and nicest Marriott brand hotels I have ever stayed in. The bar us very nice. The bartender made probably the best Dirty Vodka Martini I have ever had. Uau, que serviço ao cliente de primeira qualidade. Recentemente, recebi um cartão de presente para este hotel e o restaurante associado, Cedar and Stone. Minha esposa e eu reservamos um quarto para ontem à noite, enquanto meus pais observavam nossas 2 meninas por uma noite fora. Pouco depois do jantar, que foi fantástico, meus pais ligaram para nos dizer que nossas filhas estavam doentes. Decidimos fazer o check-out mais cedo e ir buscar nossas meninas. Não esperávamos nenhum tipo de desconto para sair mais cedo, mas a equipe da recepção foi completamente compreensiva e não nos cobrou pelo quarto! Estávamos quase em lágrimas - estamos muito agradecidos! A melhor parte é que ainda podemos usar o cartão-presente para ficar neste hotel em um futuro próximo para outra tentativa de sair à noite. Obrigada!

Após o cancelamento de um voo, a equipe nos recebeu de braços abertos. O quarto era muito bom e limpo. Eles forneceram TODOS os nossos artigos de higiene desde a nossa bagagem estava em um avião. Eles faziam um dia muito difícil e uma longa noite parecerem mais fáceis.

Excelente serviço e ótimas opções de comida/lojas no Mall of America. O hotel é um pouco pequeno em comparação com outros hotéis Marriott. A única coisa é que o lounge executivo não está aberto (provavelmente devido ao Covid).

Ficamos na sexta-feira passada por apenas uma noite, dois quartos. Em primeiro lugar, era absolutamente lindo. Muito elegante. Em segundo lugar, o serviço foi impecável por toda a equipe, mas quero mencionar especificamente o homem que nos registrou, o homem que gentilmente trouxe todas as nossas coisas para o nosso quarto e serviços para os hóspedes. Descemos para alguns coquetéis mais tarde, por volta das 9:30-10, que foram habilmente feitos e a atmosfera noturna muito confortável e convidativa. A piscina e a academia eram boas. Cleanliness: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Food: N/ATypical Marriott, but more expensive is a long story short.The staff here was very helpful and any issues that came up they were quick to resolve.Most frustrating aspect of Marriott is their Bonvoy app working at all with any location.With this location attached to the mall itself made things extremely convenient, but even with that there's nothing more offered here than at a Marriott next to an interstate that's worth $200+ a night.

Wow, what top notch customer service. I recently received a gift card to this hotel and the associated restaurant, Cedar and Stone. My wife and I booked a room for last night while my parents were watched our 2 little girls for a night away . Shortly after dinner, which was fantastic, my parents called to tell us that our girls were sick. We decided to check out early and go get our girls. We didn't expect any sort of discount for leaving early but the front desk staff was completely understanding and didn't charge us for the room! We were nearly in tears - we are so thankful! The best part is that we can still use the gift card to stay at this hotel in the near future for another attempt at a night out. Thank you!

After a flight cancellation, the staff took us in with open arms. The room was very nice and clean. They provided ALL of our toiletries since our luggage was on a plane. They made a very rough day and long night seem easier.

Excellent service and great selections of food/shops in Mall of America. The hotel is a bit small in size compared to other Marriott hotels. The only thing is that the executive lounge is not open (probably due to Covid).

We stayed this past Friday for only one night, two rooms. First of all it was absolutely beautiful. Very posh. Secondly the service was impeccable by all the staff but I want to mention specifically the man who checked us in, the man who kindly brought all of our things to our room and guest services as well. We came down for a few cocktails later about 9:30-10, which were expertly made and the nighttime atmosphere very comfortable and inviting. The pool and gym were nice. Un lugar hermosos con muchas actividads hacer . En el Mall se encuentra un parque de diversiones, acuario, restaurantes, mini golf, tiendas de todo tipo. Un lugar muy lindo.

The beds were VERY uncomfortable (see photos). The coffee maker in the lounge is broken again. No matter how many times it is brought up, it is never fixed. We did not call about it this time around...

Stayed here twice this summer. Connected to the Mall of America with two entrances directly from the hotel. About a 5 minute drive from MSP airport. Reasonably accessible to both twin cities...
