Total cost for one night stay 1300. I understand it was the peak time of year. Now I see same room for under 400. Thieves. Breakfast was a joke. Simple bacon and eggs very poorly done. The kid working at Macdonald’s does a better job. Pool had broken tiles and other repairs on the property are required. For the price we paid to stay there they should easily be able to keep the place in top notch condition.

The property and hotel are incredible. The room and views are amazing. Very nice and clean. We stayed in June, right after they re-opened. We were disappointed with the check in, very chaotic, we were given our room 45 min late. That was after I complained many times and spoke to many different people. Finally the manager gave us our keys but did not give us much of an orientation or the schedules ect.. The service was terrible, the servers on the patio need to have their hygiene addressed, its not what I want to smell when I'm eating. I would give 2 stars, I bumped it up to three, just because it was during the pandemic. However that is no excuse considering the prices I paid, very expensive. I expect better from a upper tier hotel. If they weren't prepared shouldn't have opened up.

My family was at the Marriott red leaves and my son left his wallet unattended and one of the Beach staff brought it up to the front desk where the manager put it in the safe and assured it would be safe there until we picked it up. however when we went to get the wallet it was missing from the safe. They said they would look into it and the process took over two weeks. We went back to the hotel and spoke to the manager and he said he was looking at the cameras. The manager told us not to worry That something was going on and he would make it right. We left and within a half hour the wallet was found back down at the beach in the water? Someone had stolen it from the safe and threw it in the lake. The manager said that only three front and managers know the combination to the safe. My son has depression and is Carrie upset over the loss of his Louis Vuitton wallet. We went to red leaves to explain to the top manager what had happened and he try to make excuses that perhaps there was two wallets that were blue in the safe however my sons was in a beige tiny mini backpack. We ended up going around in circles because they would not admit the staff is dishonest and that a THEFT had occurred by a manager that has the combination. We will not be returning to red leaves.

Hard to describe my experience here. Very grandeur atmosphere followed by lack luster service and food. Room was good but not for the price really. That would be ok if it were accompanied by the level service and quality of food you would expect for such a place. I should first mention that we had an excellent time at the beach with all the amenities, rented jet skis and they were awesome. But that was followed by one of the worst dinners I've had for the price we paid. Broken win glass, served. Dirty water glass, served. Cold steak and potatoes, served twice in a row. Terrible feeling after paying nearly 1000 dollars for one night and food.

Stayed during summer 2019. First and foremost, the property/grounds are amazing. Really large and spacious property that offers a nice view of the lake and greenery. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor swim-out pool, hot tub, beach, spa, kayaks, water-sports, bike rentals and more! The hotel itself looks quite nice inside, from the exterior to the rooms and lobby. Our room was quite spacious and elegant with a classy look. Restaurant was decent, the staff were great and were the best part of the restaurant, the food itself met our expectations but was nothing out of the ordinary. Overall the property is quite nice and offers indoor and outdoor bars and a nice cafe/breakfast spot. Hotel itself is quite expensive, so I highly recommend coming here for special occasions!
