Muito abaixo do padrão normal esperado para uma propriedade Kimpton. O edifício em si é muito elegante, com lindas características Art Déco; poderia ser incrível se o hotel fizesse jus ao seu potencial. As coisas começaram a dar errado quando tive que esperar uma hora no saguão (tendo-me prometido uma espera de 20 minutos e que viriam me chamar) para que meu quarto ficasse pronto; se eu não tivesse feito o check-in com a equipe, não tenho ideia de quanto tempo eu teria esperado. O quarto era realmente ok, mas bastante antiquado e, no geral, a propriedade precisa urgentemente de uma atualização. As coisas foram de mal a pior no happy hour do vinho (uma boa característica dos hotéis Kimpton), onde o anfitrião me fez sentir totalmente indesejável e no final eu simplesmente saí sem experimentar nenhum dos vinhos. Em nenhum momento eu senti que meu costume foi valorizado neste estabelecimento e eu nunca iria ficar aqui novamente.

Hotel was clean and nice. Front door people were fantastic. Terrible follow up. Left Air Pods on window sill. Call next day and leave a message with lost and found. Their message states "will return call in 24 hrs". After waiting 48 hours, nothing. I call back, leave another message, 48 hrs later, nothing.Maybe they are sick or on vacation?Call and leave a message on General Manager Carlos' voicemail(didn't get last name) 48hrs later, nothing.Call back again and ask forlost and found, get switched to house keeping and then disconnected. Tried one last time to leave a message for lost and found and after holding over 10 minutes get switched to General Managers voice mailI wont expect a call back..

Far below the usual standard expected for a Kimpton property. The building itself is very elegant, with lovely Art Deco features; it could be incredible if the hotel lived up to its potential. Things started to go wrong when I had to wait for an hour in the lobby (having been promised a wait of 20 minutes and that they would come call me) for my room to be ready; if I hadn't checked in with the staff I have no idea how long I would have waited. The room was actually ok, but rather dated and, overall, the property badly needs a refresh. Things went from bad to worse at the wine happy hour (a nice feature of Kimpton hotels) where the host made me feel totally unwelcome and in the end I just left without trying any of the wines. At no point did I feel my custom was valued at this property and I would never stay here again.

Belo hotel. O quarto era bom. Encontrei alguns itens no chão (alfinete, brinco, etc.) que me fazem questionar se ele foi bem limpo. Diz que aceita animais de estimação, mas não há para onde levar o animal para o penico, então você tem que caminhar até encontrar um pedaço de grama em algum lugar de Baltimore. Sem serviço de quarto, o bar do hotel fechava às 10h em um dia e fechava totalmente no dia seguinte para festas particulares. Sem piscina. Não foi possível conectar o Netflix à TV. Pressão do chuveiro era muito boa. Também cobramos quantias astronômicas para as opções de estacionamento com manobrista ou sem manobrista (que não está no local, mas a uma quadra de distância), pagamos mais de 100. Para estacionar por conta própria a uma quadra de distância para um fim de semana.

Beautiful hotel. Room was nice. Found a few items on the floor ( Bobby pin, earring, etc) that makes me question how well it was cleaned. Says pet friendly, but no where to take the pet to potty so you have to walk till you find a patch of grass somewhere in Baltimore. No room service, hotel bar closed at 10 one day and was fully closed the next for private party. No pool. Unable to connect Netflix to tv. Shower pressure was pretty good. Also charged astronomical amounts for their valet or self park options( which is not on site but a block away) we paid over 100. To self park a block away for a weekend.

Não ficaria aqui novamente ... área não é segura para um. O estacionamento com manobrista é ridículo porque você precisa estar de volta por volta das 23h, o que é bom, eu acho, considerando o quão perigoso parece. O hotel não lhe dá escolha porque o restaurante estava fechado e o serviço de quarto nem era oferecido como uma opção (eu nem chequei muito honestamente). O manobrista não estava com máscara e, quando entrei no veículo, percebi que ele pode ter tocado em alguma coisa do meu carro porque eu precisei reajustar as configurações para o que eu tinha feito. Nem mesmo para mim, ele trouxe meu carro sem luzes acesas. A pessoa da recepção nem perguntou por que eu estava saindo depois de fazer o check-in cerca de uma hora antes. Manchas descoloridas no chão, grande quantidade de poeira cobrindo as aberturas, a porta da sala estava extremamente suja. Eu dirigi de Filadélfia para comemorar meu aniversário, depois me virei e voltei para casa. Desperdício completo de 180 $.

Would not stay here again....area is not safe for one. Valet parking is ridiculous because you need to be back by 11pm, which is fine I guess considering how dangerous the are looks. The hotel gives you no choice though because their restaurant was closed and room service wasn't even offered as an option (I didn't even check quite honestly). Valet driver had no mask and when I got in .y vehicle, I noticed he may have touched things in my car because I had needed to readjust settings to how I had it. Not even to me too, he brought my car out with no lights on. Front desk person didn't even ask why I was leaving after checking in about an hour or so before. Discolored spots on the floors, heavy amount of dust covering the vents, front room door was extremely dirty. I drove from Philly to celebrate my birthday, and then turned around and drove back home. Complete waste of 180$.

Não se esqueça de usar ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ ao reservar um hotel. Este site irá comparar centenas de sites de reservas e normalmente terá quartos muito mais baratos do que outros! De nada :)! Este lugar é um dos mais bem avaliados nesta área. Eu venho aqui há muito tempo. Se você ficar por alguns dias, com certeza não se arrependerá.Eles acertaram em cheio! Este hotel foi absolutamente perfeito! Meu quarto era muito melhor do que o esperado, a equipe foi agradável e muito útil, nós amamos a nossa estadia enquanto na cidade para o jogo Ravens vs Chiefs.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a hotel. This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the highest rated in this area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't regret it. They nailed it! This hotel was absolutely perfect! My room was far better than expected, the staff was nice and very helpful, we loved our stay while in town for the Ravens vs Chiefs game.

O hotel é operado em um gueto fabuloso. Minha experiência com a recepção foi inferior. Profissional. Eu compartilhei com eles que a recepção para o check-in era difícil de encontrar, me disseram que a pessoa do sino ou a equipe de segurança devem ajudá-lo a localizar a recepção. Então perguntei o que acontece quando eles não estão em seus postos. Eu estava simplesmente sugerindo que eles deveriam adicionar sinalização. A senhora da recepção me disse (com uma atitude) que é fácil, basta pegar o elevador até a área do lobby. Fiquei surpreso com o fato de que ela diria que tal disse que ela estava fora da linha. Eu enviei um email ao gerente sobre esta experiência e preocupações com o quarto. Nunca recebi uma resposta. Eu volto para o hotel hoje para descobrir que eles só têm toalhas de corpo, sem toalhas de rosto ou de mão e fui informado de que eles não terão até que o serviço de lavanderia volte na quarta-feira (dois dias a partir de hoje) Sério! @ $% == ÷÷ É assim que funciona um hotel quatro estrelas? Sem falar que eles normalmente têm um recepcionista de plantão para atender o telefone, fazer o check-in do hóspede e gerenciar o happy hour. Isso é inaceitável!

Edifício muito bonito.O bom: a cama era maravilhosa, a vista da cidade era muito boa. Conseguimos ver uma maratona do hotel, que foi bem legal. O estacionamento tinha um preço decente.Agora o ruim: fui até a recepção para pegar uma toalha e me disseram que ela seria trazida para mim. 12 horas depois, eu ainda não tinha uma toalha. No momento em que escrevi este comentário, liguei mais duas vezes e ainda não havia toalha. Não no jantar no quarto e a comida no restaurante não é tão boa. No geral, não acho que ficaria aqui novamente porque, pelo preço, não consigo nem mesmo obter o serviço que é comparável

Very nice looking building. The good: the bed was wonderful, the view was pretty good of the city. We got to see a marathon from the hotel, which was pretty cool. Parking was decently priced. Now the bad: I went to the front desk to get a towel and was told it would be brought to me. 12 hours later I still didn't have a towel. At the time of writing this review, I've called twice more, and still no towel. No in room dining and the food in the restaurant isn't that great. Overall I don't think I would stay here again because for the price, I can't even get the service That's comparable

My husband, puppy (this hotel is pet-friendly) and I have stayed at this hotel many times. This is our go-to hotel when we visit Baltimore. It’s centrally located in downtown Baltimore so you’re right near everything. The staff are always nice and the facility is always clean. Aside from the restaurant in the hotel, there are many near by places to eat. The waterfront and stadiums are also very close. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and if you need anything additional, room service/the front desk are always happy to help. I’ve had all great experiences at this hotel, I highly recommend!

The hotel is operated in a ghetto fabulous manner. My experience with the front desk has been less than. Professional. I shared with them that the front desk for check in was hard to find, I was told that the bell person or security staff is suppose to help you with locating the front desk. I then asked what happens when they are not at their post. I was simply suggesting that they should add signage. The front desk lady told me (with an attitude)it is easy just take the elevator up to the lobby area. I was taken back that she would say such a d told her that she was out of line. I emailed the manager about this experience and concerns with the room. I never received a response. I check back into the hotel today to find out that they only have body towels, no face or hand towels and was advised that they will not have any until the laundry service comes back on Wednesday (two days from today) Really!@$%==÷÷ Is this how a four star hotel operates? Not to mention they normally have one desk clerk on duty to answer the telephone, check in guest, and manage the happy hour. This is unacceptable!

This hotel was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in a while. They are in downtown Baltimore which could be a good thing except the area is crawling with homeless people. The hotel offers valet at $49 or self park for $35. The self park lot is not attached to the hotel so you will have to walk from the parking ramp, pass the entrance to the subway station (this is where most of the homeless people hang out) before getting to the hotel. We were so scared walking from our car at night that we would basically have to take off all of our jewelry and hide our cellphones just to try and look like we weren’t tourist. They basically charge you $2 for soda and $3 for water. After I checked out they did not send me a final bill. I called the hotel after I saw that they had charged my credit card almost double the amount I was initially quoted. After calling and speaking with multiple people I was told the additional charges was for parking. So after being told the self park was $35 unlimited in and out, I found out that it was $34.06 per day which they neglected to tell me upon checking in. Another guest was told the rooms were equipped with a microwave and refrigerator but after checking in, the guest discovered that the rooms did not have a microwave. We found someone else’s dirty socks under our bed and a used washcloth still hanging in our bathroom. Please do yourself a favor and find a better, safer hotel to stay in. This one is not worth it.
