“Terrible experience at this hotel.
Location is very very bad. The biggest thing is that the area around this hotel is under major construction. So getting ubers or having cars pick you up is very difficult because unless they know the back entrance, the GPS will not work. Also it is unsightly because of the construction and the area does not look like classic pretty Doha at all. A true eyesore.
Further I had problems with my check in. I messaged the hotel saying I will be arriving due to a delayed flight. When I got there, they had given my room away and marked me as no show. So like another person commented, I had to wait in the lobby for hours for them to find me a room.
Lastly, the front desk staff are rude and unhelpful. My biggest problem is the location and construction though”
