“I was at the hotel for a We Work Well Convention. The hotel is stunning but as always its the service that makes a hotel shine or not. That was faultless other than one small point.
The food and drink service was impeccable and all the staff were helpful and friendly.
My only small niggle was when I needed to visit the toilet and asked at reception when there were 3 staff there that no one offered to help and come from behind the desk to guide me. That's the difference that makes a 5 star hotel.
The conference facilities are excellent but... The access and signage for the toilets is inadequate and also less than convenient and the lighting did not work.
These are the only small issues that make this review a 4 rather than a 5. The hotel has a beautiful outlook over the sea and I wish everyone the best of luck in what I'm sure will be a very successful project.”
