Tivemos um ótimo fim de semana na LondonHouse. A equipe da recepção foi fenomenal e muito flexível. Acordamos às 3 da manhã com alguns vizinhos barulhentos e eles nos mudaram para um quarto maior em um andar diferente para a nossa última noite. As vistas são absolutamente deslumbrantes. Recomendo o bar / restaurante da cobertura

Absolutely stunning hotel. It felt so old school but so new school at the same time. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The view from our room was amazing. We are members of Hilton hotels so when we go we always ask for a free upgrade, to our surprise, they upgraded us before we even got there. That’s great service! Thank you. Our next trip to Chicago, we will definitely be staying here!!

We had a great weekend @ LondonHouse. The front desk staff was phenomenal and very accommodating. We woke up at 3 am to some noisy neighbors and they moved us to a larger room on a different floor for our last night. Views are absolutely stunning. Would highly recommend the rooftop bar/restaurant

Falar sobre isso não fará justiça, funcionários incrivelmente prestativos desde a recepção até a arrumação, travesseiros incríveis, quarto espaçoso e bem iluminado com vistas incríveis, cama muito confortável, banheiro lindo com chuveiro com efeito de chuva impressionante. Vibe muito legal, decoração muito chique, segurança COVID-19 na ponta, máscara e desinfetante em todos os lugares. Localização muito conveniente, a uma curta caminhada se você estiver caminhando como eu. O bar da cobertura é imperdível. A vista é para morrer.

Raving about it wont do it justice, incredibly helpful staff from the front desk to the housekeeping, amazing pillows, spacious and bright room with incredible views, very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom with stunning rainfall shower. Pretty cool vibe, very chic decor, COVID-19 safety on point, mask and sanitizer everywhere. Very convenient location, walking distance if you are Into walking like myself. The rooftopbar is a must. The view is to die for.

The hotel is charming. The rooms are what we expected and I think the average cost for a room is reasonable and would consider staying there a second time. I do have to say, I don't like the idea that you have to come down to the lobby to get water bottles that are usually just left in the room as complimentary, that is just weird. The front desk personnel is not the greatest and not very professional. Probably not the kind of people that you want for your first impression when checking-in. There was also an old grumpy man that almost refused to give us water bottles then proceeded to ask for our room numbers to make sure we weren't taking more than we should, as if. With that being said, I have to recognize Valet and almost every other person we came across is kind and helpful.

The concierge who checked us in was especially helpful and explained everything thoroughly. He remembered our name and was always willing to help with whatever we needed, amazing staff members! We also liked how clean the hotel was, the cleaning staff is wonderful. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Este é um edifício bem renovado em uma ótima localização, perto da Michigan Avenue. A propriedade em si tem muito caráter e detalhes originais deixados no local após a reforma. Nosso quarto tinha uma excelente vista para o rio e estava localizado em um canto do chão, de modo que pudemos aproveitar o tempo e dormir sem sermos incomodados. Estávamos no canto norte do 15º andar. A equipe foi útil e accomadating com pequenas coisas que precisávamos como garrafas de água, travesseiros extras etc. O quarto estava impecável e tinha um rótulo higienizado informando que ninguém tinha estado no quarto desde que tinha sido limpo e higienizado. A decoração do quarto era moderna, mas elegante e não acabada. Havia bastante luz natural e a sala parecia maior do que era. Nós apreciamos a localização central e fácil acesso à avenida Michigan. O bairro parecia seguro para entrar a qualquer hora e estava perto de boas opções de restaurantes. Gostaria de recomendar e ficar neste hotel da próxima vez que estou em Chicago. Bom trabalho, Hilton!

Nós reservamos um dia antes de nossa estadia e tivemos a sorte de ser colocados no último andar. Tivemos excelentes vistas! O quarto era espaçoso e limpo. O processo de check-in foi fácil e o funcionário da recepção foi muito educado. Estacionar aqui durante a noite custa cerca de US $ 70, então recomendo não trazer um carro ou encontrar uma garagem alternativa. Uma excelente localização, bem em frente ao rio, a menos de um minuto a pé da Michigan Ave. Altamente recomendável uma estadia aqui!

This is a nicely renovated building in a great location just off Michigan Avenue. The property itself has lots of character and original details left in place after the renovation. Our room had a great view of the river and was located in a quite corner of the floor so we were able to enjoy quite time and sleeping in without being disturbed. We were in the northern corner of the 15th floor. The staff was helpful and accomadating with little things we needed like water bottles, extra pillows etc. Room was spotless and had a sanitized label letting us know no one had been in the room since it had been cleaned and sanitized. The decor in the room was trendy, but classy and not over done. There was plenty of natural light and the room felt larger than it was. We enjoyed the central location and easy access to Michigan avenue. The neighborhood felt safe to walk in at any time and it was close to good dining options. I would recommend and stay in this hotel next time I am in Chicago. Good Job, Hilton!

We booked the day before our stay and were lucky enough to be placed on the top floor. We had great views! The room was spacious and clean. The check- in process was easy and the front desk associate was very polite. Parking here overnight is like $70 so highly recommend either not bringing a car or finding an alternative garage. Such a great location- right in front of the river, less than a minute walk to Michigan Ave. Highly recommend a stay here!

In times of a pandemic, if you really needs to travel so better staying in hotel like the Londonhouse in Chicago. the check in was welcoming and fast, my room was super cute with a beautiful view. the staff is professional and very kind! the hotel is very well decorated with a unique style. Would be great to visit again soon!

Voy a opinar solamente por el roof top de London House ya que no comí en su restaurante ni se cómo son sus habitaciones. Pero el roof top es uno de los mejores que he visitado ya sea por los buenos tragos que se preparan en la barra como por la linda gente que lo concurre. Pero lo que lo hace maravilloso es la vista del río con sus puentes y edificios. Es un lugar al que no hay que dejar de ir en Chicago
