“Alhamdulillah es solo de noche. Si ingresa a un hotel, se sentirá sucio. Baños, que Dios los cuide más. Y las alfombrillas de la habitación son necesarias por el lavado de su forma, que no han lavado durante cuántos meses. Y la alfombra de oración. Que Dios te ayude si traes a tu sirviente contigo, no hay opción de no agregar una cama en tu habitación. que Allah ayude. No te vuelvo a decir cómo parar el coche, tú y tu sándwich, dónde parar y adónde ir. Acerca de mí me senté esperando hasta que le pregunté a uno de los invitados cómo es la tarifa de estacionamiento o no y dónde está la recepción. Lo mejor de la compensación es el derecho a recibir. Le dije que me diera los pisos altos. Ojalá no escuchara mis palabras. El ascensor de Su Excelencia vibra. Espero que sea bienvenido.”

“Very poor service. Only 1 guy Mooataz at reception dealing in a very professional way but too much work load on him because of heavy pilgrims rush. Room service and cleaning services very poor. Mr. Mustafa manager was too good to provide support.”
